Rockport Men's Charlesview Lace-Up Shoes

I am already a fan of Rockport footwear having worn a pair of Charlesview shoes every day for 4 years! Yes, the heel and soles wear down a bit after a few months but that is offset by their comfortable fit but does lose Rockport a star.The other star is lost because the soft chocolate brown laces have torn already with only two months occasional use - very disappointing as I have had to replace them with a different colour brown, which look ok and are stronger but have changed the appearance of a handsome shoe! Come on Rockport, stronger soles and laces please or offer replacement laces on Amazon if the soles cannot be improved!

At first I couldn't believe how comfy these shoes were. But after 6 months of living wearing about 1-2 times per week the sole soon went and so did any traction in the wet. Actually felt a bit dangerous in the end so ended up in trash

I have several Rockport shoes and take a 9w. These shoes are wide fitting and fit just about right. They are not as wide as Rockport Northfield shoes due to the shoe tapering at the front. I ordered the dark brown which are a much nicer colour than depicted in the photograph which I was aware of having looked on different sites. Nice shoes at a great price.

These are really really comfortable. They feel light on the feet and the soles are well shaped and have good balance between flex and rigidity. I've been wearing these at work every day since I bought them and my feet feel great. No issues with poor fit or unsupple leather. The finish on the uppers is great and they are of a high quality in terms of manufacture with no obvious flaws. They are a good workaday shoe that's quietly anonymous.

Not had these shoes long but they fit great very comfortable and I have never had blister with this brand. I would recommend this well known make been around for a long time and had purched boots in the passed and they were great and latest a long time. So I would recommend them, plus a good buy on price.

Very comfortable (this is the third pair I have bought) BUT the tread on the soles wears down very quickly and then they become dangerous to wear on smooth/wet surfaces. Rockport need to find a more durable material for the soles.

Have worn this style for a long time - so comfortable and a great casual shoe, now not so easy to find on the High Street. As other reviewers have said, once the sole is worn it becomes smooth so can be slippery, but that takes a while and would not deter me from buying another pair. Would recommend.

I am a size 12 with a wide foot and find it difficult to find comfortable shoes in shops. I took a chance on these Rockport shoes and I am delighted with them. They are wide fitting and unbelievably comfortable. I work on my feet and can be standing for 8 or 10 hours in a shift and most new shoes cut my feet, or cause I will blisters, but you would hardly know you had these shoes on you.I would recommend them to anyone, and will be buying these shoes in future when I next need a pair.
