She is approximately 12 pounds, Measured at 15 long x 19 chest. The dress was the perfect width, but, the length was too short. Really cute otherwise. I will likely purchase another dress, for her, this coming Christmas season.

I like the clip around neck and Velcro around waste. Its almost like a harness so my doggie doesn't want to rip it off. I have an 18 lb Cavalier King Charles and the medium is the perfect size. The hook on the back is GREAT so I can attach the leash.Nice reasonable price, too!

Very happy with this product. I had to order a medium for my 13 lbs coton. It fit her perfectly but one of the pom poms fell off but can be easily glued back on. Comes with the collar and a hook for walks.

It's very cute and I love the way it's made. It wraps around your pet as opposed to pulling it over your pet's head. I only wish that it was a little longer length wise. It's a little short on my Shih tzu.
