I love these! I use them on the daily (but you could get away with using them not as frequently/highly recommend moisturizing after if you do use them daily) and love the way my skin feels after. I also love the quality of these, they're not itchy like the thinner, cheaper ones. I feel like this was a good purchase.

I use these about 2-3 times a week on almost my whole body with just my regular body wash. They definitely leave my skin feeling soft and have helped with small bumps I get on my upper arms. If you have sensitive skin I would opt for the softer ones as I feel like this one is still pretty abrasive. I don't like to use it on my armpits or bikini zone but it's great for everywhere else. I feel extra clean after and that my lotion goes on better.

I ordered during prime day and wasnt paying attention, the colors indicate the level coarseness. I thought i was just getting blue gloves. GlAd i got the coarser gloves, already tried them out and was a little more gentle when using, but they worked so much better than my previous gloves and glad I got the rougher ones! Did a great job of removing deadly skin cells and build-up, skin is smoother and will continue to use it once a week.

These are listed as being for "heavy exfoliation" but I've found they can be used all over my body by simply using more or less pressure. I use these with a very light touch on my face and upper chest skin. I use more pressure when using on my shoulders, arms, legs, and feet. I find them to be as effective and much less messy than exfoliating scrubs - easier and faster, too. I never wear more than one glove at a time so that I will always have a free hand to grab a safety grab bar if needed, therefore my husband and I are sharing this pair of gloves. I tied a piece of red yarn on the hanging loop of my glove and his glove is plain (nothing on his hanging loop). The hanging loops are a handy feature as I can rinse the glove and hang to dry, tossing it in the laundry only when necessary. (Note - always put the exfoliating gloves in a laundry bag before tossing into the washing machine so glove will not grab onto your clothing and ruin it by causing thread pulling, snags, etc.) I wet the glove thoroughly and then soap and lather it thoroughly during use, too, as I find it to be more comfortable to use when very wet with a lot of lather. Very effective for exfoliation of dull, dry skin and less expensive and easier to use than skin scrub products.

Too small, far too expensive. Although described as heavy as in coarse, they are in my opinion not coarse enough. Considering the price I expected a lot better.

You are better off buying sand paper. This "glove" is the worst plastic that will leave its residues in your skin as it scratches it.
