The keyboard was perfect for the first month and a half. Then the light up keys stopped working. That was the main reason I purchased the keyboard. Buyer beware it's great until it's not Update to my review. 27SEP2024 . To my surprise, the customer service team reached out to me proactively. They acknowledged the issue, offered sincere apologies, and without hesitation, sent me a new item to try. Their communication and willingness to go the extra mile were some of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. They ensured that I felt valued and heard, turning a disappointing situation into a positive one. Although the initial product didn’t meet my expectations, the following keyboard is working well. The exceptional customer service has left a lasting impression, and I’ll definitely consider this company again in the future.

I am a daytrader. As such I have 3 monitors, a laptop, and 3 phones that I use regularly. The built in slots on this keyboard hold all 3 phones perfectly. It is notched wide enough for devices both with or without protective cases. The assorted lights have different brightness & colors of the spectrum, however I typically only use the "aqua blue" one. The biggest and only drawback is the short duration of time that it remains illuminated, even when plugged with the supplied USB-C cable. However it does remain lit while in usage then goes into a "standby" mode until a key is pressed. The charge lasts for quite a few days even when being frequently used for gaming, typing, etc. Ergonomics are great and feedback is responsive with keystrokes. Would highly recommend.

I went to clean my old Logi keyboard and ended up accidentally breaking the power switch in the process. Not completely unusable but didn't have time to deal with it so I ordered one of these for same day delivery. Overall first impression is quite positive. The packaging is minimal and simple but effective. Out of box experience was great. I plugged in the USB receiver, turned the keyboard on, and started typing. Every key and button functions properly with no configuration needed on Windows 11. Functionally it's excellent. Setting the lights and turning them off and on is super simple with one, one-hand keystroke. The keys are soft and quiet but have a nice snap feel to them that lets you know it's registering. I have long fingers and have to have my hands in a slight angle, and this was instantly comfortable and the palm rest feels exactly correct for me. The backlights are nice. I don't need them most of the time, but there are times when I like to have them on, like when flight simming at night. There are brightness controls and some preset colors. I set mine to match the color I set on my PC case. It's lightweight but not in a cheap-feeling way. It still feels nice and solid despite being thinner and lighter weight plastic. Time will tell on the battery life per charge, but I don't mind charging it overnight when needed. Seems like a great keyboard and I like it so far. Hopefully I don't experience the paint rubbing off like others have. That would be a bummer because this is actually pretty nice. UPDATE: After only a month of use, the black had already started to wear off the keys. How disappointing. I was able to get a replacement directly from the manufacturer since it had only been such a short time. I'm hoping it doesn't happen again because I really like this keyboard and would like it to last a long time. With regard to the first one, it actually was holding up very nicely aside from the paint on the keys. The battery life is actually pretty good as I had forgotten to charge it for two weeks and it was still going just fine, lights and all.

Tech solutions have come far enough for some products like a keyboard to be reliable and sound for atleast a year. Somehow this keyboard didn't make it to that list. I bought it and used for just over a month, during which time it worked great! The RBG lights worked well and there's a feature to dim the backlights further or brighten up based on your comfort. The keys were responsive. Charging using the USB-C was convenient! However, now the keyboard doesn't work, I have tried charging it sufficiently, disconnected and re connected the keyboard's USB dongle, turned it on/off using the button at the back... Nothing. I can't type anymore using this keyboard. So, now that I have tried all this, in my final effort, I come back to Amazon to see if I can return and exchange the product. Unfortunately, I discover that I missed the return date by just a week. What I also discovered, were reviews pointing to the same issue in this product's review to which I regret not giving more attention. So I am writing this review so that this issue with the product is highlighted further and more customers are made aware before making a purchase. Really disappointed that my keyboard stopped working so soon (Unexpected and frustrating 21st century problems).

Update: after 6 weeks of use the keyboard stopped lighting, I reached out to the company and only needed to unplug and reconnect the usb receiver. The lights immediately returned! This keyboard is the same size as normal full-sized keyboards with the exception of being lighter in weight. The keys are very easy to type, as it doesn't require much pressure. As for being quiet, the keys are quieter than most, but the space bar seems to be louder than the other keys. I love the color and brightness choices. The keyboard will auto shutoff the backlit light within two minutes, but will immediately turn on with the press of a key. I have been using the keyboard at work for two weeks without an extra charge needed but I can't attest to how the performance of the battery life will be at this time. So far, I a very pleased with this keyboard.

It’s a functional keyboard, which is more than I can say for the old membrane keyboard I bought this one to replace. Overall, I guess I can’t really complain too much about it. It does what they claim it does. The keyboard is backlit, and you can easily cycle between 7 different colors. I only wish the light didn’t “time out” so quickly. I find it tends to turn itself off after just a few seconds without contact. I do find the keys to be a bit loud and “clicky.” Perhaps the most maddening thing of all, however, is the fact that I type somewhat quickly (but not crazy) and this thing can’t keep up with me. The material used to construct the keys feel cheap, and less flexible than some alternatives. Often, when typing quickly, the keyboard will just fail to notice a random key having been hit every few words or so. Ths means a lt of thigs I wrte end up lking lke this, and I have to constantly go back and fix little typos. It feels almost like a laggy computer, where there’s a delay between pressing a key and seeing the character appear on the screen. The issue is clearly specific to this keyboard, as I never have this problem using any other devices. This one just feels a bit cheap, and the buttons are just a tad more stiff, making it a little bit more of a pain to press them “right” when typing quickly. It’s not a terrible keyboard by any means. It certainly types and about 50% of the time it lights up pretty decently too (it just times out and goes dark after a few seconds, generally.) Overall, in my humble opinion, this is a case of “you get what you pay for”

Hi, I received this purchase very quickly thanks To the seller and Amazon! The packaging was nice and item were well protected. It comes in a colorful, very easy to open box. The texture of the keyboard is soft and easy to type on with good travel distance when keys are pressed. the backlit colors is also very good and its brightness can be adjusted with 4 levels as well as a 7 colors to choose from or you can simply switch the backlit off. The empty space available in the keyboard was very handy I used it with my 11 inch windows tablet. It is very easy to connect to a PC, laptop or a tablet. Just plug the wireless adapter and it is ready to use. Note: In case you have an iPad you can also use the accompanied converter to convert from USB-A to USB-C so your iPad can recognize it. this Converter can also be used to convert any USB-A to USB-C adapters. Did I mention that this keyboard comes with a rechargeable battery! The battery life is very good, I'm still using it since I charged it for the first time. The Keyboard is also equipped with many shortcut keys that will make typing and using on supported OS a nice experience, thanks to the accompanied Manual that was easy to read and direct to the point. All in all it was a good experience and I would like to thank the seller for this nice product. Finally I have a suggestion it would be nice to include a trackpad to the newest model of this keyboard as I feel adding a trackpad will make it superb to other keyboards out there.

Good quality, had to charge about once a week since I used the lights at full brightness.

Could do with having a time-out adjustment. Other that, it feels high quality.

I purchased this model about four months ago, and overall, it’s a solid keyboard. It was advertised as quiet, but that hasn’t been my experience—unless you’re a slow, deliberate typist. That is the reason why I deducted a star. That being said, I do like the feel of the keys, and the backlighting is a great feature, making them easy to see in dim environments. Regarding battery life, I find I have to recharge the keyboard every 14 days, though that’s likely due to the fact that I use my computer frequently. If left unused, it takes the keyboard about four hours to fully charge. Fortunately, I can continue using my computer while it charges via a USB connection to my surge protector. So overall, even though it’s not as quiet as I would have hoped, it’s still a well-built keyboard. The backlighting and comfortable feel make it a great choice, and that’s the reason I gave it 4 stars.

This keyboard lasted 7 months before the keys started double-tapping or not registering at all. Very poor quality.
