I love the nautical distressed look and I love having a place to put my phone. Plus it gives me more space.

I was redoing my bathroom in beach decor and this seemed to fit with the white washed wood. This is actually heavier and bigger than I thought it would be. I don’t have a lot of room between my vanity and toilet so I almost didn’t use it. I set a pack of flushable wipes on the shelf on top and there’s still room around it. It was easy to install, and the toilet paper is fairly easy to change. Not quite as quick as the regular pop n lock white tubes but pretty quick. If this fits your decor, it’s definitely great quality. Just be aware of the size, look at the dimensions. It’s bigger than it looks.

This certainly fills the bill! Very easy to install and extremely attractive, I especially love the small shelf, which is always unusable space on top of the toilet paper dispenser. It’s very nicely made and very easy to get the toilet paper roll on and off.

Have not installed this toilet paper holder yet since we are waiting for our bathroom remodel, but I am very happy with the quality. Premium piece of solid pine wood, very thick high quality rope, premium quality stainless steel bracket to mount holder on the wall. I love the look. I hope the toilet paper rolls on the rope easily like standard toilet paper holders. I will update review once we install and use it.

This is great for that old time farmhouse vibe. The inside of the tray is distressed paint, looking like it's been used for generations. There is a metal plate included that screws into the back side of the shelf and extends down below the shelf.. screws are included. The holes for the screws are pre-drilled. Just screw the metal plate in behind the shelf. Don't screw it into the wall yet. There is a recessed area behind the shelf that the metal plate fits into to keep the shelf flat against the wall when mounted. The metal plate is also countersunk on one side for the screws heads, indicating a surprising amount of thought and design consideration at this price. Also included are 2 metal 'hooks' for the rope. These holes are also pre-drilled. Place the shelf down bottom side up, and screw in the 2 metal hooks with the included screws. These will hold the rope on. I installed mine with the hooks facing the rear. Now just flip it back rightsize up, and screw it into the wall with the included screws. There are 2 wall anchors if needed, and also 2 tubes of glue if you want to glue it to the wall instead. Place one end of the authentic looking for onto a hook, slide the roll of toilet paper over the rope, then swing the rope with the toilet paper up and attach the other end of the rope to the other metal hook. Screw it to the wall low enough to hide the metal mounting plate and metal hooks, it looks awesome ! It's harder to type that all out then it is to do it. There are simple well written instructions in the package. I am using this just as decoration in our 142 year old house. I'm just using this as decoration, because the toilet paper is not just hanging in the air on the rope, the backside of it lays against the wall, causing some friction when one spins the paper. And when it is time to change the roll, you have to look underneath to unhook the rope from under the shelf to replace the roll, then hook the rope back into the hook under the shelf. Just things I personally don't want to deal with, so it's just there for ambience. Don't get me wrong, it's perfectly usable as is. Those were just 2 things that make this item more of a decoration than a everyday use item. Well made and Recommended.

I’m going to get straight to the point, and take one off for the strange way to install it. Once installed using screws, versus the included glue, the mounting was not such as allowing for perfect alignment against the wall. I had to use the glue at the top to ensure it didn’t bend from any unintended force to the top. Once installed, it works great and has the intended look.Very functional. Very well priced.

We are building an outdoor bathroom under the eaves of a building on our property. I installed this item next to the compost toilet and it looks right at home. The little compartment holds regular sized baby wipes and the rope TP holder works fine. Would recommend.
