Pretty comfortable to lay on.

I have been burned before by these foam mattresses that never end up being what they say they are. Not the case here. Although mine only expanded to 5" instead of 6", it is still a great deal. No smells, nice cover, very firm. Reminds me of the 10" foam mattresses Costco used to sell but doesn't anymore. For reference, I am around 150 lbs and the twin xl doesn't sink at all when I sit or sleep on it. The top inch is indeed memory foam, but this is definitely not a sleeping in clouds mattress like the Costco was. I actually prefer a firm bed as a stomach sleeper, but I agree with the above review that you could add a memory foam topper and be living in luxury for less. I used to really love that, but the older I get, the more I want firm, yet comfortable. This definitely fits that bill, and doesn't need to be limited to kids. It's also lightweight and easy to move around.

My first night on it after my boyfriend helped me put it together it was very comfortable.

The media could not be loaded.  When taken out of the package it took about an hour for the bed to fluff up but it sleeps well, I just don’t like the fact that it smooches all the way down and is not as firm as I thought it would be, it’s really nice but I wouldn’t purchase this unless your under 100lbs, thank goodness it’s only temporary until our house is done, as my original set is boxed up in storage

The mattress was relatively sturdy and supportive. It didn't take more than a day to puff up for me to use. Didn't expect the mattress to come with the pillows, to be honest, thought I was just ordering a mattress. It seemed like a nice bonus until I looked at the pillows after they inflated slightly. Unfortunately, one of the pillows came with what appeared to be a dead bed bug in it. I threw out the pillows. Not taking any chances with that. It's a good thing they were in plastic wrapping and separate from the bed, which was sealed off in plastic from the elements as well.

This mattress is very comfortable. I ordered it to go on the daybed that we have put into our new baby’s nursery. I have spend many nights on this bed and it honestly rivals the tempur pedic mattress in our master bedroom. My only complaint is that I ordered the 10 inch one so that there would be no gap between the mattress and the back of the daybed. Sadly, the mattress is not quite 10 inches and there is a bit of a gap. It wasn’t bad enough for me to replace but still a little disappointing.
