I got this fencing to keep my dog from blindly running through my flower beds. It works well for that. However, I’m not sure it would keep a small critter from digging into a flower bed.

We have a problem pet with several annoying behaviors, the greatest of which is her penchant for digging tunnels under our beautiful 8ft cedar fence to escape and reek havoc across the neighborhood. So far the neighbors have been extremely gracious with our wayward bitch, but patience can wear thin and I'm totally over reparing the backyard from her digging efforts. I am now going to employ a series of tactics to stop her and this behavior. I have ordered a large quantity of these fence panels to bury deep into the soil around the entire inner perimeter of our fence to foil her digging. I will also employ oleoresin capsaicin in and around perimeter soil to act as a mild irritant. I will update my review with results at a later date.

I was tired of animals making a home under our shed so I got these to keep things from going in and keep my dogs from trying to get them out. Fingers crossed that this will work, they look sturdy so I do believe this will be our answer.
