Apple iPhone 14 Pro, 1TB, Silver - Unlocked (Renewed)

I'm aware it's always a gamble purchasing a used/refurbished item, but I must commend Hybrid IT for being an excellent seller with wonderful customer service. The phone I initially received did not meet the Amazon quality guarantee, as I purchased it marked in Excellent condition with 80%+ battery life, but the phone only had 78% and was recommending service. I'm not one to go right to writing a negative review without contacting the seller to see if they could rectify the situation first. And boy was I surprised by the quick and helpful response! They were very apologetic and offered either to replace the phone or reimburse me for a new battery at the Apple Store with the one I received. My local Apple Store isn't great with repairs (long story for another time), so I opted for an exchange. Was able to ship the phone back same day and was offered overnight shipping for the replacement. BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! They informed me they didn't have any other iPhone 14 Pros in stock that met proper quality standards and didn't want to give me a sub-par item, so in the spirit of providing a quality item, they upgraded my phone to an iPhone 15 Pro free of charge! This phone is like new, the only cosmetic damage I could find were 2 of the tiniest rubs in the case that I had to squint to see (i.e. not even a proper scratch nor an issue) and with 91% battery life. This thing is lightweight but still feels solid. The screen and camera lenses are clean and clear, touch is crisp and responsive, and they even provided a screen protector already installed. I'm so incredibly pleased!! If you're gonna get a refurbished phone from Amazon, don't just click "buy" right away. Look closely at the seller and make sure you get it from Hybrid IT!

Great phone, beautiful and is in wonderful condition... Only flaw was the optimal battery percentage is at 78% for an excellent referbish I thought it would be between 80-90% but it is pretty close and thankfully my daughter just loves the phone! 👌🏽✅😁

To start off, i will simply say don't buy this phone. You will deftly regret it. I purchase this phone in July 25, so it been a year since i made this horrible decision (waste of money genuinely) when i first got the phone i should've know it would've been bad when it was the hottest thing i ever touches when i first charged it when it came out the box. the second month in a random black liquid was showing up in front of the camera even though it wasn't affecting the camera it looked weird ( i took it to get fixed and was told it was battery liquid that was leaking in the phone), then it got worse the battery will go from being at "100%" to like 60 in lest then an hour, i need to walk around with a charger whenever i leaved my house. the screen doesn't respond when i want to change my wallpaper right off the bat when i got it, i had to go in my setting to change my wallpaper, the volume button don't work i had to manually do it on the screen and the screen brightness is only affected when i put it on max or i put on the lowest possible (so it either a brightass screen or a darkass screen) and when you're in the dark the phone screen has a weird screen effect to it. Being on a call is the worse part, it breaks out like the person on the other side can't hear you speak, then you can't or the volume just goes has low has possible even though i have at the highest possible. I was planning to give a two-star rating because i was able to deal with it until i bought a new a phone but when i started writing this review i concluded only one star is the reasonable thing to do. Forgot to mention this was supposed to be for the excellent condition by the way.

I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro and after setting it up there was an issue with a part that was replaced. The iPhone's Parts & Service History showed the display as an Unknown Part, and Apple's Repair Assistant was unable to configure the display. I contacted the seller and they responded right away. Offered me a refund or a replacement. I took the replacement. They sent me a return label. Once I dropped of the phone off at UPS store they sent out the new phone with overnight shipping. I was without a phone for only 24 hours. The replacement is perfect. No issues and in mint condition. They even upgraded me to the 15 Pro at no extra cost. Great customer service and quick to respond.

Not bad for the price. The phone came in 88% battery health and came really fast too. It also looks brand new. There’s a few problems that I have that aren’t with the phone. The packaging was not great, it wasn’t secure at all and if it were to be heavily dropped, it’d definitely smash. They gave an iPhone charger that wasn’t an official Apple charger. And it didn’t come with a screen protector. (not saying it had to but I did read in the replies someone did get one). Overall great phone, it’s pretty much brand new. The screen has minor scratches that you can’t really see unless you look upclose with the screen off and very closely. On the seller’s behalf, the packaging needs a lot of work.

Loved this, this phone was clean and no dings or anything. Came in a lovely "Certified" box. They did give me the wrong charging cord, but were willing to give me a credit. Ultimately I decided to go with more memory, so will send this back but I would have been very happy with this one had I not decided to up the memory.

I had very high expectations for this refurbished iPhone! To begin with, the positives: It was a lovely phone, in outstanding cosmetic condition - it appeared brand new. The seller was also very gracious to include a screen protector, and I have no complaints regarding the seller, delivery, or customer service. The negatives: It functioned perfectly when it first arrived, with no glitches and an easy transfer process. I was not satisfied with the camera; I am uncertain if this is a characteristic of the iPhone 14, but I do not believe the photo quality surpasses that of my previous phone, which was an iPhone 12. I expected it to produce higher quality images, but perhaps it was returned for refurbishment due to the camera issues? After 2-3 weeks, the phone started to shut down unexpectedly, even when fully charged, and when it powered back on after a few seconds, it would show only 10% battery life? This was peculiar. The battery health was reported to be at 90%, which I found surprising, but later discovered that this percentage can be manipulated to reflect better battery health, even if that is not the reality. Aside from the random shutdowns, my phone required charging every 3 hours, and within 2 weeks, the battery health dropped from 90% to 80%. It would have been an amazing deal and worth the money for a 1TB phone in great exterior condition , and I’m sad I had to return it . I could not handle the random shut downs and constant charging and the photo quality was also a big factor (it might just have been my phone and not all iPhone 14’s). I’m bummed! But return was easy & just a friendly reminder that whenever you do drop off a pricey item like this for returns, get a print out of the receipt ! Had nothing to do with my return , just throwing it out there.

To me this was as close to "new" as you could get - no scratches, no damage, everything perfect and even 95% battery health. I was skeptical when I ordered it but now I'm a believer. :)

Item received intact but after the return date passed, I am having issues with the battery. When the phone goes off, it takes a long time to charge. It absolutely disappointing.

I did quite a bit of research on this particular phone and found that most locations in my area did not have the iPhone 14 Pro in stock. I took a look on Amazon and found several refurbished phones but I hesitated to make a purchase. I am rather particular about the condition of my phone, especially because they are so expensive to buy new, and was not sure if the quality would be there. I went out on a limb and placed the order. The phone arrived the next day and I have say I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the phone. Not a scratch or blemish anywhere. The phone works very well and the battery life is to be expected for a gently used phone. I would recommend the company that has sold me this refurbished iPhone.

Bad description, it says 1 physical sim and 1 eSIM But when the phone came it’s only eSIM Battery health not good , I wonder why the sellers don’t put battery health percentage

I recently purchased the iPhone 14 Pro and I’m very satisfied. It’s working great exactly as described. The phone is fast, the display is sharp, the battery backup is good, and the camera is amazing. Overall, a great purchase — I highly recommend it.
