Disappointed
I like the look of the alarm clock and the time shows up well. I am struggling to set the alarm and not to have the radio on. Not very user friendly

Phone charge
Alarm works fine but it will start charging my phone then randomly stop

Stylish and functional
A reasonable sized unit with dual functionality as regards phone charging or smart watch charging using the USB port on the back.Both can be accomplished at the same time. Dual alarms for different time settings. A useful function is the time display which can be dimmed to various brightness for night time.

Not bad
Aesthetically pleasing, charger works well but not a fast charger and the BT feature is good, speaker volume not as loud as I'd like. The alarm has frazzled me a bit because it is set but doesn't ring automatically everyday so have to remember to reactivate every night and then it randomly switches to FM sometimes so I get woken up but loud static sounds.

Phone doesn't always charge when placed on top of clock. Needs to be moved about and still drops out

I had to return this item
I was attracted to this alarm clock coz of it's multi purpose functionalities, but I guess these would be the very reasons I had to return the product.1. Setting up the alarms were a nightmare! It is too manual to set up and the alarm dis not go off even when I had thought I set it right!2. The radio stations are not clear at all. And you only get 10 stations to set up. I would rather listen to radio on my phone!3. The wireless charging is too slow! Might take a whole night to have your phone charged fully.Overall I was dissatisfied from the word go.Maybe having just a digital alarm clock without all these extras would have been ideal for what I was looking for.

So difficult to set up and set an alarm that I had to give up and buy another model!
I was quite exited about buying this, having had my previous alarm clock for about 25 years! But when I tried to set it up - using manual and also you tube video, I was defeated! It is SO difficult to program - alarms and radio station and volume and everything! Very sad and frustrated that I will have to buy a completely different model now.

Too complicated to use
Simple things like even turning the radio on are so hard to do. Charging my iPhone you need to put it in just the right position can take ages to get it right and then when you do it’s no guarantee you’ll wake up find it charged. Clock losses a minute a week also.
