I wasn’t sure if it would keep tea warm but it does! I purchased two for a tea party and set up tea maybe two hours prior to party and the tea was perfect temperature when guest arrived.

Perfect. And pretty to boot.

Unfortunately lost all its colour and looks very tarnished after a couple of uses

I ordered the KAYCROWN Teapot Warmer, Stainless Steel Tea Warmer with Candle Holder, Candle Heater for Heating Tea, Coffee and Milk, Universal Teapot Heater.The top is mostly flat, so allows multiple kinds of teapots to sit on the surface.The gold is a nice, warm color, with a decent amount of shine.The center holder for tea candles is large enough for the standard or double sized.It does not get too hot, and can easily be picked up without issue.It produces enough warmth the keep a pot of tea moving (like a lava lamp), which means the tea stays warm as long as needed.The shielding allows light through, but prevents wind from blowing out the candle (even when used outside).The opening for the flame allows glass teapots (like the Simax Glass Teapot For Stovetop) to glow in an appealing way.Overall, this has been an incredibly useful, and pretty tea warmer.
