THIS IS JUST NOT TRUE!!!! This is the message I`ve received from the seller after I mentioned the mat is only 4mm thick not 6 as advertised: "6mm is the measurement of the mat when not squashed, you have to unroll the mat and leave out for some time before measuring as they do expand back to full thickness" First of all, yoga mat should not expand at all and it was not squashed just rolled so it will never expand no matter how long you leave it unrolled! however I left out for hours and guess, nothing happened! DON`T BUY!!!

I ordered this after my old mat (from somewhere else) started to fall apart. I have now used this new mat for a mix of yoga and hiit and I’m really pleased. It was nice and comfy to lay on and sturdy enough when I was working harder. It’s nice material and doesn’t seem too flake away like my old one. Very handy that it has a strap to keep it rolled up and make it easy to carry. Overall I would recommend this and am actually waiting for more to come in stock so I can order for my sister in law.

The description says its 6mm thick mat but it's only 3mm as you can see on the picture. Very poor quality, not worth the money. Also very slippery, impossible to do a downward dog. Don't buy!

in general it works as a mat should and is quite soft and light and long enough. however - maybe it is too soft? you can see footprints as soon as i step on it and it doesn't feel like it will last years. i know it is cheaper than other mats, but as a conscious buyer who wants to minimise the environmental impact, maybe a mat with better durability would have been the right option. i do however use it for high intensity training with lots of jumping etc, and maybe for yoga or someone who uses it less than I do it would be fine. Will update this if my impression changes in the future. I have been using this for over 2 months now.

I use this for my Zoom exercise class - and it is great. Soft enough to protect knees and elbows. tough enough to resist tearing from planks.

Not the thickest but good enough grip and fine for traveling. I would need an extra mat if using on a hard floor for a longer period of time however as I have a bony back!!

After reading the reviews I was dubious about ordering one of these but I could not be happier, it’s a great mat for the price, the expensive ones fall apart and aren’t that great so I would recommend buying one of these!

A great product for home based exercise. Love the range of colors for this product, combined it with under door a sit up bar and I have myself a place to work out on my abs. Great for planking, sit ups and of course - yoga. Not as thick as I would like it to be but has a nice feel to touch and made of a good material. Doesn't have any strong plastic/rubber smell. Unrolls easily and stays unrolled just like in the picture. Is not too heavy and mine came with a special mesh bag with a strap.
