I bought this for one of my 150cc Kazuma ATVs, and it worked perfectly fine. All the mounting holes matched up, and the carburetor fit perfectly with it.

*** IVE INCLUDED A PICTURE OF THE ITEM SO YOU ARE MOOOORE THAN ABLE TO EASILY SEE HOW MUCH OF A SLANT OFF TO THE LEFT THE ITEM IS INSTEAD OF HOW IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN!!****I repair motorcycles n scooters n cars in my spare time. Been working on a taotao 50cc scooter and been trying to get back to customer asap. Delivered this item a day late. Ok, not a big deal right?So, I went to install the item, and the item itself is completely slanted/at an angle. I couldn't hook up the carburetor outlet straight like it should have. I had to mess with it and then my air box on the other end of the carb. Literally BARELY reached it then.Never seen such a thing happen on a small, simple item such as this!Then, to top it off, the clamp given to me with the new item...didn't clamp even remotely close enough to have no air able to get out. You could literally see the gap still as tight as it would go, that's how big of a gap it left! So, had to get the old clamp I had just thrown out back and use that.Not sure how this kinda thing could happen besides during the process of making the item due to it not being straight, it literally is tilted off to the left quite a bit!So, all in all, MAAAAAAYBE this was a one time fluke mishappening, but I wanted to make sure it was known Incase someone else has the same thing happen to them.Took quite a bit more work than it should have, actually, it took a LOOOOOT more work than it needed to due to having to completely take off the entire carburetor so that I could fit it on to the ANGLED outlet of this item, and then try to hook everything back up. Which means GETTING GASOLINE ALL OVER ME due to disconnecting the gas inlebon the carb, and as I said, then my air box would just BARELY reached it enough, even after messing with it and stretching out and doing just about all I could to make it still work!Alot of work for such a relatively quick install that it SHOULD have been.Quality wise, I can't say anything good really. The bad quality of the item being at w completely left angle caused all the other negative things to fall in place, and such a small item I don't think this kinda thing should ever happen.For the price, I'm not HAPPY, BUT I'm not really upset either. It was a good price, just upset with how long and much of a pain it ended up causing me that I didnt expect (or want)Seller needs to do some QUALITY ASSURANCE on the items. Cuz this shoulda never been sold.XAll in all...things happen. I understand that. But this was just a whooooole lot of work That shouldnt have been. A 5-10 min job became 60+ min.

Update Fit my 150 lancer but this does fit but it drops carb. down were it's almost imposable to get at idle adjustment screw.But can still be done! It works good! I found out some of these manifolds from various places make carb. sit higher or lower so watch out!
