For some reason, the black model is much cheaper than the other colors. It works great!
Apart from the strange noise it makes when turned on and off, it's great. It sounds like the portal gate on Stargate the original TV show. My husband says it sounds like a toilet flushing. Thankfully, it works well with my phone and the sound is great. It's much easier to control with the controls on top. It's nice to look at when the colors change in a dark room. I only use it at home and it fits on my kitchen window sill. It also has much better range than my previous speaker.

I wasn't sure what I was getting into when I clicked the order button on this, but it has turned out to be one of the most used items in our house. It sounds great, the battery life is outstanding and it seems to be made very well. It connects right away to whichever device I'm using and stays connected! I've had no issues with this whatsoever. This simply cannot be beat, especially for the price!
