Yes, this is very easily done and is what I like about this pill holder. I assume you are asking how the case can be set so both sides read Sun -Sat. Take out each set of holders, Sun-Sun, Mon-Mon etc. Open both covers and pull them off together. Covers cannot be removed individually. Once removed, they can be separated. Pair the covers Sun-Sat, Mon-Fri, Tue-Thu, etc. Now no matter what side if facing you, both sides will read Sun-Sat.

Do the separate compartments pop out for use during travel?
