Love this mattress!! It is exactly what I was hoping for comfort and firmness wise and it’s not bad to look at either. I did let it fill up the full 3 days and nights as recommended on the warranty paper. Been sleeping on it for two months now, between my husband and I there’s about 375 pounds and no signs of any dips.

I love this mattress! I sleep so much better than I have in the pass. I injured my back & hips in April of 2010. Sleeping on this mattress, is a God send. Highly recommended...

This mattress is the worst, save your money! Not sure what reviews I read on Amazon when I purchased, reviews not accurate, the mattress is uncomfortable, has irregular corners and sides, sinks when you sit on it and measures 1 3/4" shorter of the disclosed measurements for the width on the queen size. Company offered me a small credit if I would keep it, needed it for guests arriving that week, regret I didnt return it, think the floor or couch would have been better for my guests, lol!

I think it's too soft and not firm enough overall. The padding on top could be cut by 1/3 to 1/2 of what is on it, and it would be great. The individual springs could be stronger with 2-2.5mm thickness to add good firmness to it. Overall, it's well made, but just not firm enough by 20-25% or so.

I've been sleeping on this mattress for 2 weeks now and must say that I'm impressed. It arrived in an easy to handle box. Unpacking and putting on the bed was a breeze. When removed from the sealed plastic wrap it quickly regained shape.As others have noted, it's not as firm as a true "firm" mattress, but I find it to be very comfortable. The top padding doesn't unduly sink and and I don't feel a lot of sag or sinking as I move around the bed. I'm very particular about mattresses, but I've found that I get a great night of comfortable sleep with this product.

We replaced our old Lucid brand mattress and are tickled at how nice this new mattress is. It has nicely built-up edges, so no roll, and although it is cushy, it has excellent support. I would definitely buy this again.

The bed is really comfortable, but it’s fair to know that the center of the bed sinks, conforms to your body… Which is comfortable… But it makes it uncomfortable to sleep on any other parts of the bed. Also, was not a very glamorous feature when you are showing off your bed.

The bed came in and we expected a firm bed but it feels medium and is not 12 inches instead is 9 or roughly 10 inches tall after 24 hours, now how am I to return this item back after opening. This is not at all the item advertised.
