The item is incomplete thus faulty and will not work as described.The on off function will not work as the chain that operates the function is not there as show in the imaging and as said in description .Looks to be quality otherwise. I hope I can get a fully functioning on.**UPDATE - 3/23/23**After contacting seller and having a great interaction with them they sent a replacement. I recieved it today, with the chain, and installed where I needed it. It works well and seems to be very good quality.Happy to change from 2 to 5 star rating!

Was working in an area where this product would be beneficial, but when I received them, I quickly found out that the light had to be "on" in order to use the light outlet. So that bummed me out because I wanted to plug something in, without having to have the light on as well, but that's not how it works. I debated for weeks whether to return or keep and ended up keeping and installing. Two weeks after I installed, I plugged ONE thing in to one of the two outlets and the whole thing blew out. My lightbulb still worked when I plugged it directly into the light outlet. Neither lightbulb or outlet works. It's too late to return, and I have the additional one I am afraid to use, because I question if these are risky or defective products. I paid more than other items available b/c I wanted something safe.

It’s a little bulkier than expected but it does not get hot as the one I bought at the local depot. It has a chain guard on it so the pull chain doesn’t get snagged or stuck.

Hoping this will be as dependable as those in past years plus the luxury of a 3 prong plug.

I had the garage door opener at our new place connected to the bulb socket and there wasn't proper lighting from the garage system light.This was great to have a bulb and a proper 3 pronged socket for the garage door opener. The pull switch is great when we don't need the light but keep the door opener on.Definitely recommend this product.

I would 100% recommend this product as the space between the screw in portion and the outlet is slightly elongated providing for better and stronger access to the plug - this is especially useful as this is one of the ONLY on the market with this structure and the others tend to be too short to have a useful plug. 10/10

I’m glad I only needed one, ordered two for a back up. It was a good thing, for only one of them actually worked. The one that is working is great, the long neck is perfect for the light socket that I needed the electrical outlet for! Only reason for a three star review is due to only one of the two working!! Otherwise, rating would be a five star!
