i totally believe in these products - they have helped with numerous health complaints and anyone with nagging issues should research cell salts online and learn about it to heal themselves.take for the months you are lacking in as well as your own birth month (star sign).try it for at least a few months and take 3 times a day, the melt under the tongue ones are way better so switched to those for ease but these are the same just swallow with water.i highly recommend - keep a diary so you can see if it helps.

Excellent Schuessler Biochemic Tissue Salt, which works well when accurately prescribed. Chewable tablets, which have very little taste. Check ingredients if lactose intolerant.

It came with without sealed from inside. Also found it didn't work the way I should have done. I was very disappointed with this product.

Didn't do much and have a bad belly ache

It is okay although I don't notice any difference

Very pleased.

This is not original Schuessler Salt I think, the pills are different and they didn't dissolve in water as original
