Good company
The speaker is very good and looks lovely, but even better is the customer service. My emails were quickly answered and the solution to my small problem was better than I could ever have hoped for. Well done and thanks!

Does not hold charge
Ok sounds quality, however does not hold charge at all. Even fully charged, and not used for a day it loses all of its charge. So can only use it when plugged-in in charger.

Great value for money!
Great little speaker, makes every journey in the car more pleasant!Not the best while answering a phone calls but music quality is good.

Good enough, some static comes through.
It's a lovely little speaker, easily portable and small enough to easily fit in a coat pocket and transport. The sound quality is not bad either- my problem lies with the range of the speaker, which is only about 5ft or less before the sound starts crackling and breaking up. There is also some additional static every couple of minutes when my phone is in range for no apparent reason. This is obviously not ideal. I use it mostly for listening to podcasts alone, but wouldn't recommend for listening to music in a large group.

Surprisingly powerful!
Given the size and cost, I’m really pleased with the sound this thing can pump out. Not ideal for purists, but perfect for travelling!

Not very loud
The speaker in my phone is louder than this Bluetooth speaker. Wouldn't buy another
