Not entirely sure this was brand new. The jug is blemished and the box had clearly been resealed. It works, which is fine, but if Amazon is palming off refurbished goods it needs to make sure that's clear in the advert.

After killing few cheap ones we are back to the quality:) if you want the blender for years don't bother with anything else...tried philips, bosch and tefal, all around £70-100....all died during normal use (overheating)

I had expected the glass pitcher synonymous with Kitchen Aid, unfortunately this one only comes with a plactic one, this is disappointing.

The best product, easy and comfortable!!!

This has to be the worst blender that I have ever bought - as soon as you push the button to blend, the contents shoot out of the top of the blender, pushing the lid up. Absolutely useless!!!
