I didn't (at first) remove the tape that covered where the ink comes out. And I think I didn't have the cartridge pushed in far enough. I got blank pages, no printing. But after correcting those errors it worked perfectly. I would definitely order from this seller again when I run out of ink.A word about the reviews for this product: Before ordering I read all the reviews and noticed something odd. Many reviews were about inflatable balloons, not printer ink. You get a better picture of the reviews for the ink if you weed out the ratings for the balloons.

I was very impressed with the price. I got 2 black and one color cartridges for $20 cheaper than 1 color cartridge at Office Depot. Your service was excellent. They told me the original order would arrive on Wed. It arrived on Mon. I would recommend this product.

As HP print cartridges for my older but still excellent Officejet 7410 AIO are nearly non existent from the marketplace, I've had to resort to aftermarket remanufactured substitutions or worse, refills. However this remanufactured product saved me from scrapping my old HP for a newer one with more readily available ink carts. All too often, the refills or remans jost won't work because of some protective circuitry built into many HP printers forcing you to only buy HP refills. Well, at first, these ink carts didn't work, just like so many others I've tried. But What makes these carts different is, They came with instructions on how to 'fool' the protective built in circuitry so now, not only do these ink carts work in my fussy HP, but they work just as well as the last original HP carts that I had been forced to install. All in all, I highly recommend this product for not only good quality, but the good sense and know how to give their buyers a work around so they can use the far less expensive and far more readily available remanufactured ink carts made by this company. 5 Stars to them!

There were 3 ink cartridges in the box. Two of them were had been opened. Not knowing whether someone had used them, I returned them. So I can't say anything about the quality or otherwise.
