Winch works, remote works once you know how
The winch works great with the wired controller , but the remote didn’t seem to work. I even tried changing the battery. I could not contact the seller directly and Amazon wanted me to return the whole thing. I gave up on it and decided to buy a new remote for $13. When I looked it up, it had the instructions in the ad that I needed. It would have been nice to have been included with the winch.

Small, but big on power
Exactly what I needed for my log splitter. I wanted a winch that was small but powerful enough to drag across the ground and pick up pretty hefty rounds (large chunks of wood for splitting) and placing them onto the splitter. Saving your back and shoulders from the heavy lifting. Great product

No Directions No snatch block.
There where no directions to confirm proper installation or a packing list. Snatch block as shown was not included. It would be nice to have packing list and instructions. Even though the insulation is very easy and straight forward.

Works great on our tractor
The media could not be loaded. This winch works great with our 55 gallon bucket that we made to use on our tractor. So far it has worked perfectly and does a great job. We only paid $10 for our 55 gallon drum and after a few modifications and the addition of the winch, we have a pretty good front end loader that saves on shoveling.
