Wonderful tone and well built.

I purchased this product with the expectation of receiving a quality instrument based on the seller's description, but I was quite disappointed for several reasons:1. Misleading Origin: I specifically avoid purchasing instruments made in China and was pleased to see this one advertised as made in Switzerland (see attached photo). However, upon receiving the item, the box clearly states it was made in China. This misrepresentation is quite disheartening.2. Material Quality: The product description claims that the instrument is made of birch, black, and tiger maple wood. In reality, these are merely laminate layers applied to plywood compartments. This construction affects the sound quality, as the different pitches come from the plywood compartments rather than the distinct wood materials.3. Incorrect Snare Mechanism Description: The description mentions a "dual set adjustable internal string," but the instrument only comes with a single string set and two Phillips screws (see attached photo). Additionally, no Allen wrench is included, and you’ll need a screwdriver to adjust the snare tension, as an Allen wrench won’t work for this instrument.Given these discrepancies, I don't believe this product is worth the $60 price tag and would place it more appropriately in the $30 range. Despite these issues, it is portable and could be suitable for kids.

Playing along with music. It sounds great like your playing on bongos. I would recommend them to anyone who enjoys percussion instruments.
