I bought these for my kids in grade school. They are exactly what I wanted, but I'm not sure they are for everyone. They are pretty small. I like that they are lightweight. They have a soft padding underneath that seems like it's filled with bean bags filling. It also has a nice little handle to carry it. I like the slot to put a pencil or pen, but sometimes the kids try to write over it. I have to remind them not to do that. We don't use them for laptops. We just use them for doing homework or just a hard surface to write on. So, I'm not sure how they do with heat. But these are perfect for our purposes. I even bought one to put in my car, for when I need to write something. I would recommend if you're looking for something small, lightweight and simple. They are great for kids

works great. extra space if needed, comfortable on your legs, and you can position it in so many ways depending on how you want to sit. Because of the fabric, though, if you start to sweat, the fabric absorbs the sweat, and it is not so comfortable. otherwise super awesome

This is a smaller size lap pad, perfect for ipad, 13" laptop use. i will probably also use for meals on the couch, it's portable, light, and feels durable, with a great price for the quality, nice materials. Easy to store away and doesn't take too much space.

Perfect for lightweight laptops but not meant for heavy laptops. I got it for my gaming laptop and the padded flattened fast. It is a little bulky and didnt cool well. But again my laptop is a gaming one so it runs hotter. If you have a light laptop then this would be a perfect fit.

Sure, like some reviews say, the Laptop Desk has a thin plastic desk and not a lot of padding underneath; but I am ecstatic with it! It has 'just enough', and no more 'than what is essentially required' for doing it's designated chore and comfortably. I was also concerned that the laptop would slide on the desk, but hasn't done so as of yet.

Great quality lap desk, comfortable on your lap with the cushions on the bottom, great value for money and easy to use straight out of the box. The weight is light and small for storage. I use this to draw and paint in my sketchbook while sat on the sofa. Laptops fit well on it, also.
