Great oven
Bought oven end October as I needed to renovate due to needing waist height oven as can't bend down to use conveninal one any more . It's great being able to slide and hide the door and clear oven door means don't have to keep opening door to check bakingAlso in my case I now don't have door to swing back and burn my arms great buy

Love this oven
I absolutely love this oven.I can cook oven chips in this and they taste lovely.( Not usually an oven chip person).I purchased this oven which came with a free pan set. The only down set for the pan set is I can't use the biggest pan safely so I would recommend buying extra pan set with long handles ( due to me having arthritis ).

NEFF aftercare is appalling and the brand is unreliable. Woeful customer service
Don't buy NEFF. They break down constantly and the customer service is appalling. They make Bosch and SIemens too. Utter rubbish and even worse after care.
