Just My Size Women's Size Plus Ugly Christmas Sweatshirt

I just received this shirt and I love it! I was very concerned after reading all of the reviews about the sizing of this shirt. I am a big woman. I ordered a size 5X which is what I would have normally ordered since the 5X is a 30/32. I also have very big arms, unfortunately, and thought after reading reviews I may have to cut the sleeves of this shirt. Okay, the cuffs are a bit tight but not so much that I could not wear it. The fabric is so very comfy and the design on the front of this sweatshirt is absolutely lovely! I cannot wait till wear my new shirt after I wash & hang dry. Merry Christmas to all!!

I got scared from reading the reviews and ordered a 4x when I'm a consistent XL. I received the sweatshirt today and it is MASSIVE. The arms fit fine (if not oversized) and I would compare it to a unisex L sweatshirt. The body of the sweatshirt is boxy meaning there's plenty of room. I love the length! It goes down to mid-length shorts and the sweatshirt actually covered my Nike running shorts. Because it's oversized, I'll probably wear it as a dress and I really could've gotten a 3x and still worn it as a dress! To take away from this review: size up at least 1x for comfort, 2x for an oversized sweatshirt, 3x-4x if you want a dress lol. For reference: I'm 5'2 and a size 16 in pants.

This was really cute. I love that this is a comfortable sweatshirt material, but the artwork looks like it's sweater stitched. The white areas of the design have an iridescent sparkle to it and all of the print is raised slightly. Very impressed with this purchase, especially with the cheaper price point.My husband and I are planning to wear our 'ugly' Christmas sweatshirts this year for our family gathering. Very festive and fun!---------------------ETA: this sweatshirt is super cute but did not fit. I ordered a size larger than I normally do so the fit would be baggy. I should have tried on before reviewing based on looks alone. The arms feel too short and tight - it's an odd fit. I'm going to have to try a larger size. I'd say try 2 size larger than you normally do - especially if you want it to fit more loose and comfy.

I have used this brand in multiple occasions and it is usually a hit or miss and honestly this one was a Miss! It came in the mail the day before my Christmas party so there was NO TIME TO CHECK! OMG it was so short! If i even attempted to raise my arms the tiniest bit I was wearing a crop top! They definitely made width allowance but not length! Also if you even plan on pushing your sleeves up you can’t ....so don’t bother! I will say the design was cute and the interior was soft. But it was a Hard fail for someone who is truly plus size!

This sweater is nice and warm without getting hot. I don't normally have any trouble with the arms in a blouse or sweater but the arms on this sweater were very tight and I do not have large arms so was a bit surprised. It fit fine elsewhere. Maybe it was a fluke. I think I will wash it in cold water and a cool dryer.

This is clearly NOT what it states. I have several Just My Size brand sweatshirts, which do run a little small. By the reviews on this I ended up buying a size larger than I normally do. This one compared with my other sweatshirts is clearly 2 sizes smaller than what it states, plus the quality is totally different. It’s thin, like slightly heavier t-shirt material, and there is no JMS label or logo, just a generic size label. Please see the pictures for proof. (I usually get a 4X in JMS sweatshirts, as they run pretty small. As you can see in the photo I ordered this in a 5X, and you can see it is 2 sizes smaller than the 4X it’s compared to).To make matters worse the seller refused to do a refund. They suggested I give it to someone as a gift if it would not work for me. They said that I would have to pay the return shipping, which would have cost more than what I paid, so it was not worth it.Thankfully, Amazon stepped in and refunded me within 48 hours.I WOULD NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER. The item I received is clearly not the item that was advertised, and their customer service is terrible.

I ordered a size up- I'm an 18 & ordered a 3x- & it fit perfectly. I guess I didn't read closely that it's actually a sweatshirt & not actually a sweater, but it was SO soft and comfy. The forearms are tighter than you'd expect from a sweatshirt but it definitely gives it more of a sweater look. Sleeve & top length was great on me so if you're super tall it might be too short for you. Overall, I thought it was awesome for the price. Soft, comfy, and cute.

First let me get the negative feedback said. I have large arms and finding shirts for me is hard because they fit everywhere else just fine. So I'm taking off a star for the tight, odd fit and also for the material being quite thin. I've not worn a JMS sweatshirt in a long time. To make sure I wasn't just imagining it, I compared this sweatshirt to my old ones. Yes there's a significant difference in the thickness of the material! When I wear it I have to wear another shirt under it when the unusual temps we've been having this Winter are hitting 15°F. In some places I'm aware that's a normal thing. So if you're looking for something to keep you warm, you can wear it in layers like I did. Usually here in MS we have very mild Winters so I'm keeping it especially since I absolutely LOVE the design on the shirt! Being a shoe "collector" I guess is how to best describe me, the design is what made me buy it as I ABSOLUTELY HAD TO HAVE IT! I say it's a collection as I own 300+ pairs of shoes. Plus a room in my house is decorated entirely in shoe decor and I own countless other things, like this shirt, that have a shoe(s) on them... That I absolutely had to have! 😉 👠👡💜

Design is very cute. I do wish the cut was more flattering though. Its snug in the bust and arms and super big in the waist.

This sweater is too short in the waist for meOther than that it fits okay.

I listened to other reviews and ordered 2 sizes up. It fit perfect.
