I purchased the Fit Geno back brace to help relieve soreness and pain that I was having due to a recent lumbar strain. I was having mild to severe pain mostly in the morning immediately after getting out of bed. The pain continued throughout the day from simply walking or performing the slightest physical activities such as housework or even mowing the lawn.Wearing the Fit Geno back brace reduced the pain significantly. I could feel the support the brace was providing to my lower back. The support it provided allowed me to perform my daily activities without experiencing the pain I was having without the brace.I found the brace to be easy to don and adjust. The brace is well constructed and the velcro straps hold superbly.The only issue I have is that I tend to sweat underneath the brace if I am performing any type of physical activity. I have only been wearing the brace in the summer months so this is not surprising.Overall, the Fit Geno is a great product that has allowed me to perform my daily activities without experiencing lower back pain.

My husband uses this daily while he unloads. He's 6'4 and weighs 300lbs and wears a size 44 jean. The sizing seems to run a bit smaller than you'd think (him having a 44 inch waist and using the 53-69 waist size. But, it DOES stretch a LOT and (though we only bought the XL for him), it's possible it might have worked. He also has lots of stomach issues, so we didn't want to chance the brace adding TOO much pressure on his stomach, but the XL still offers ALL the support and none of the pressure on his stomach. It is VERY adjustable. It helps tremendously with keeping his back injury free and helping with the amount of pain he gets each day while unloading the 70,000 lb+ semi. Dang good back brace, very supportive and holds strong.

This is an excellent product and helped with my back strain. The device is comfortable if you take the time to adjust it well. Depending on where your pain is or what part of your back you need to support, sitting can be a challenge. I would recommend you spend the time to find the correct placement, it doesn't move around much unless you really bend over. Easy adjustment with velcro. Since this can have an effect on your circulation, please observe the time limitations for having it on.

I'm a older guy who is doing part-time work in a place that requires standing for long hours. My body does not like standing for long hours. I can walk for hours but not stand. Doing my work I have to lean down to type and use the computer interface while helping customers (hunch over). The constant leaning over gives me severe lower back pain.This Fit Geno brace actually helps with the pain substantially. I probably would have never bought a brace but my girlfriend was also suffering from back pain so I thought it could help her if it didn't help me. I'm surprised. My posture is much better throughout the day which has also helped the pain in my knees when I stand probably because it's aligning things better and removing lower extremity pressure.The adjustable compression belts which are on each side really cinch the belt to give extra support. Much better than those belts that are used in warehouse work with just the one thick velcro strap. It's really easy to get a good wrap around the midsection. The velcro sticks really well and the product is well made.My girlfriend liked it so much I can't get it back.Very much worth the reasonable price.

Love this back brace. It provides me with tremendous support and comfort. I have complications and pain resulting from a prior spinal fusion. I have chronic pain and was given a traditional elastic adjustable back brace to use while walking, standing and sitting. It didn’t work for me. Then I saw this one online. Great product at a good price. Highly recommended for men with back pain.

I use my Fit Geno Back Brace to help my lower back when working in my garden. From the first time I put this brace on I felt the quality and the support. I can adjust it to the firmness I want and it doesn't get in the way when I bend over to pick something up, it's not bulky so I can wear a tool belt around it. If I'm picking up something heavy I feel the support.If I need to say something negative for validity, I would say the sizes run very small, I wear a size 38 waist on my pants and had to order the X-L (53-69 in) size. I had ordered the Large size and felt it was to small and this big one is a tad bit to big. BUT they are adjustable and they fit to order. I would not trade these in at all - they work great. I even gave one to my Mother-in-Law, that's how much I think these work well.

I've had chronic lower back and sciatica problems since I was a teenager. Over the years, I've used many different back support belts and braces, and every time I've been disappointed. Whether the velcro straps wear down, the belt doesn't fit comfortably, or the belt starts to fall apart. I've just about given up on back belts. I bought this jewel, hoping I could get at least a couple of months use out of it. But wow! This belt is great! I've never been so happy to finally find a belt that actually delivers! It's super comfortable, allowing me to work freely while offering excellent lower back support. The velcro on the belt is top notch! No slipping or undoing itself while I'm using it, and the velcro still works and feels like new! As for quality, it's holding up great! No signs of wear anywhere, especially near the seams where you would expect the strings to start coming loose. I can't say it enough, this belt is solid as they come!
