What type of Iron? Ferrous gluconate?

I don't know about the Ferrous Gluconate. I just know this is the only iron pill I have found that helps with my anemia. I've taken prescription Iron pill and over the counter and this is the only one that works. I've used it for over 5 years. Once my blood count was built up I only use it twice a week now. I heard about this from a wonderful health food store in Southern Pines , NC. The company that manufacturers this is Stahlbush Island Farms in Oregon.

What is the strenth of the ingredients?

What is the difference between the mini's and the regular size?

The mini dosage contains 63 more MG of beetroot at 188 MG daily (2 mini tablets) while the regular has only 125 MG daily dose in one larger tablet. Hope this helps.
