Works well, with some configuration.
I ended up setting this up as a streaming camera on my home network using Motion on Raspbian. Basically, I have it stream a 24 FPS feed (when motion is detected, otherwise it's 2fps to save bandwidth) on my network (sends over HTTP on port 8081) , which I pick up with another computer running iSpy, which stores the video for surveillance purposes later on-- Scientific purposes, at this point, its going to end up looking at my plants grow on my balcony so I can remotely monitor progress. Soon I'll get a remote switched water pump to spray them with the press of a button :)The quality is great. The set up was easy. Everything works gloriously. Now I just have to find a nice pan/tilt case with actuators so that I can remotely control the angle, etc.

Pretty good
The camera is of pretty good quality. The resolution is very decent, but note that it has a manual focus. This means that you would have to manually focus it.

Nice, easy to use camera module!
This is a great little camera module for Raspberry Pi. As you can see in the first 2 pictures, I used it to build a little portable night vision camera. The second 2 pictures were actually taken with this camera module. The pictures are the same setting, first with lights on, second with lights off (almost complete darkness). You can see the infrared works well in the dark. The Raspbian OS has built in support for a camera attached to the camera port on the Pi. I didn't need any additional software one the camera was enabled in raspi-config. Simple CLI commands made the camera take pictures.I'm very happy with this camera.

Not built to last
Worked great...for about a week, then it died out on me. Tested on two different Pis.

Am going to buy more
Love this little camera great for beginners and it good enough to set up as an aplr camera with the right shutter speed. I do have some problems with the picture being pink even away from all ir sources but even with that I will be ordering again and again

Junk.
The first unit that I received was DOA. I returned and got a replacement. The replacement unit worked well initially but after the first 6hours looks to have fried itself. The camera now shows a pinkish screen with a black line through it and nothing else. There is no technical information on the vendor site for this item.

Works as advertised on your regular Raspberry Pi!
Great little camera; takes excellent pics/video in darkness. One quirk: in darkness, some dark colors show up light (i.e. I was wearing a black shirt and it showed up as a light grey on the video I captured with this). But that might just be a quirk of all cameras such as this. Anyway, I'd recommend it for general day/night use!

Great nightvision camera module fro Raspberry PI
Great camera module for Raspberry Pi, I purchased to play around with setting up an IP camera. For this it worked amazingly well, there was absolutely no trouble getting it to work with Kerberos, it was picked up and working within no time.As for the product it has decent build quality and was easy to fit the IR LEDs onto the camera body by two small screws, although slightly fiddley it is not too hard. It comes packaged with two ribbon cables, one for the Raspberry PI full size and one for the Pi Zero form factor, these are easy to change over.

One bad, one good
One of the camera sensors that I got doesn't have a clear image like the other one.
