Wide and comfortable
They're wide, they're comfortable and they're stylish in a 70s tennis shoe kind of way.

Great shoes, despite company’s terrible ads.
I don’t know why the company keeps advertising these as “uncomfortable shoes.” These are the most comfortable pair of shoes I’ve ever owned. They run small, so I would order at least one size larger than what you normally wear.Ignore the ads and buy these extremely comfortable shoes.

Great shoes. Terrific company.
These Xeros were a splurge for me, but I was tired of quickly blowing through the soles and heels of cheaper gym shoes. As soon as I tried on the Xeros, I loved how light they felt and wore them nonstop (although it was a small adjustment walking without arch support). One of the decorative white side laces tore out within a couple months. I submitted a help ticket, and the company immediately and quickly solved my problem. Xero's comfortable shoe and warranty made me a permanent customer. My only "complaint" is they don't make a zero drop dress shoe. (Yet?)

Good news/bad news
The attached photo was taken after two months of usage, worn exclusively while playing pickleball on an outdoor court. Significant wear on each sole, an actual hole through the outer layer on one. Also tearing at one of the seams. That's the bad news. The good news? Everything else about this shoe is great. The fit is perfect, the shoe is light, my feet have never felt better after an hour or two of playing...anything. I've been wearing zero drop shoes for a couple of years so there was no acclimation required on my part. The company offers a 5,000 mile warranty on the soles. I should be able to get a replacement pair...for a cost: allegedly about a 60% off the original pair. Not ideal, but the shoes feel so good I'm willing to give it another shot on the off chance this was a manufacturing issue and not an indication of general poor durability. Will report back when that time comes.

Wouldn’t get a 2nd pair
The shoes look nice but I don’t think I would get another pair. The left sole constantly feels like there’s something pushing up against the middle of my foot. I think it’s the way the sole molded to the shape of my foot but it’s extremely uncomfortable.I have a pair of Lems dress shoes and they give me same barefoot feel but no issues with the soles. I wear them every day to work. The Zero are probably getting trashed
