So many pillows. So many promises. This is the first pillow that actually delivered on its hype. It's a banger. Hard to describe in detail but this is my pillow soul mate. Just one example... when I lay on my back with a pillow under my head I always struggle to move it so the pillow is just under my head and not under my shoulders, propping my shoulders up. This pillow does that automatically. The way it is shaped means when you're laying on your back the pillow curves up and around your shoulders so they can lay flat on the mattress but your head is still supported by the pillow. Another small but really awesome detail is the small piece of foam that curves down underneath your neck when you're laying on your back. This small and seemingly not that important piece of foam is actually one of the best parts of the pillow. When you're on your back this piece of foam cushions your neck especially the C7 area in your cervical spine. It's hard to explain how good this feels and but it really makes it a huge difference when you lay on your back. It just feels like your head and neck are cradled in a soft fluffy cloud that's also very supportive. Side sleeping is perfect too! Now my ear doesn't get squashed into the pillow. This is not hyperbole. This cervical pillow is the best pillow I have used, by a country mile. I sleep better with it. Full stop. If this thing sounds like your jam, give it a shot.

This has helped so much. I can only sleep on my back and on side due to a disability and washaving so much neck pain and pain into my shoulder and shoulder blades. I am sleeping better now too.Since I started using this pillow it has decreased by about 80% and no longer having sharp pain. What a wonderful pillow! One suggestion would to make tge support for the arm when side sleeping a little wider so arm doesn't slip off so easily and also to assess if a pillow with a deeper depth would be needed for larger individuals ( those with more inch width from neck to shoulder) so there is true spine alignment. The great feature was the space left for the ear so there wasn't such pressure on the ear. I also really liked the support for the cheek when side sleeping without having to readjust the pillow or without it feeling like the pillow was smothering me. Great job!

Got this for my wife after she suffered a nerve injury in her neck. She loves it! She takes it with her when we travel and won’t use any other pillows. She swears by this and says it’s a miracle pillow. Standard pillow cases work fine on this if you want to match your bedding. It keeps it’s shape and it’s soft but firm at the same time as you would expect from memory foam. It doesn’t get hot like a lot of pillows. It has two different sides so you can adjust the height of the cervical support. She loves it !!

I bought this for my husband because a friend of his says that it stopped his snoring. I thought it was worth a try. It did absolutely nothing for my husband's snoring. I tried the pillow too. At first I thought it was great as it cradled my head nicely. But I found that my neck tightened up and I just couldn't relax it. All in all it was pretty uncomfortable. I only used it two nights. Maybe if you're willing to give it more time, it would become comfortable. The seller is great though. They did refund my money.

I found that I was sleeping on my side with my shoulder all scrunched up and my neck slumped over. A massage therapist, who didn't know me, commented that my shoulder and neck were very tight like I was sleeping all wrong. So I searched for a pillow that would better support my head and elongate my spine. Voila. I feel like this is much healthier, at least in terms of my body alignment. I don't love that it's probably made with toxic ingredients as memory foam tends to be. I'm sure I'll move to another pillow when I find something all-around healthier, but for now this is a comfy pillow.

We love this pillow my neck was hurting with a regular pillow. The cervical pillow contours my head ,neck , shoulders I am a side sleeper love the pill ! I purchased 2 !

First I was pleased with the delivery time and the packaging. The instructions stated to allow pillow to expand for at least 25 hours and I have learned that putting things in the dryer on cool temp with a fabric sheet will take care of that process quickly. It did have a smell which the dryer sheet clear as well. The pillow is great the design is great as my shoulders and arms no longer hurt. The center button creates the prefect indent for the head to be comfortable. I love the sides as it helps my hands and arms feel comfortable staying in place. I do however wish it had a layer of cooling as that would make it prefect. Overall it is a great product and I would highly recommend it for side and back sleepers.

I was sceptical. But since using this pillow, the neck and shoulder pain I've had for years has dramatically reduced. I'm about to buy a couple more for my family!
