Reliable, does the job
I bought this primarily to dry washing indoors and I have to say it does that. It’s not super fast but the amount of water it draws out is substantial. I love that it’s on wheels as I have moved it easily to other rooms when I suspected the beginnings of a damp problem. It’s not meant for unheated rooms or garages ( surprised) but when I again put on laundry mode, a substantial amount of water was drawn out of a damp room. All in all, 6 months down the line, it’s reliable, does its job and easy to move.

Easy to use
This dehumidifier is brilliant and for the price it's a bargain. If your room smells of damp or you have condensation on your windows, this machine is for you, suitable for small to medium sized rooms. My only criticism is the water tank, it would have been better if it was clear

Good
Been running for a month in my basement which always smells slightly damp and it works well. Laundry mode is useful and despite reasonable amount of run time I haven't noticed significant electricity cost increase. Great value for this item for sure.My only small complaint is you can't tell how much water has collected. A transparent water collector would have been better. If you leave it to fill to top and let unit auto stop it is really tricky emptying as water is right on the brink and easy to spill..

Not as expected
We bought two of these to replace an old different manufacturer dehumidifier that was still working perfectly and drawing out a tank full at least every other day (so we could donate the old one to our grandson). We put them on at either end of the house, left them running for a day and nothing was extracted. Went through the manual and had them running constantly at full speed with the humidity set at its lowest point. Left it nearly a week and nothing in the tank (and no it wasn't running out of the back). We contacted the seller and was told to do a shower test, which meant putting the unit outside the bathroom door and leaving the shower running for an hour (at great cost) to see if it was "working" after an hour there was about 3mm of water in the tank. The old unit during the same day at our grandsons had taken out a tank full. Weade arrangements to return both units for the seller to check them and eventually after several more contacts we got our money refunded. Last night we got a new dehumidifier from a different manufacturer and within an hour without having to make the house like a sauna with the shower on, it took out a good 30mm of water. So as we didn't want a unit that only takes anything out of the air if you have it in a dripping wet bathroom, rather than the general condensation that makes for damp on walls, this wasn't any use to us. Really wanted them to work as they were neat and tidy looking units, very light weight and a decent size, unfortunately didn't work as I'd expect them to (like the previous dehumidifiers I've used/seen)

Best thing I ever bought
Honestly this is amazing, my washing normally takes a day or two to drive on the maiden without the heating on, with this it’s dry in a few hours. Getting another one for my new laundry cupboard. Cheap to run also bonus

Seems good for the money. Easy to operate. Compact, but heavy and certainly no toy.
I can't compare to any other dehumidifiers.I use it in an office of some 12.5 square meters (stand alone converted garage). Noise level on low fan is pretty good. I wouldn't using it while trying to sleep, however. Easy to start up and set to run for an hour or two. When off, it can also be told to start after a set number of hours. (But then you'd have to get back to turn it off.) So programming is very basic, but also very simple to use. It's heavy for its size, and looks much better than most the "melted" designs. If it goes wrong, I'll get back to adjust the review. It's only been a few weeks yet.I empty the tank every couple of days or so. It's never got full in that time, but still a respectable amount of water is extracted. The built in humidity reader is way off when the unit starts up, but in about 5 minutes it agrees with my separate hygrometer, and both read very similar as humidity is lowered by the unit.

It actually works! Really well! Brilliant purchase.
We bought this product after realising damp in our bedroom. WE treated the damp and purchased this at a reasonable price. It has been amazing. Our room is dry and warm, the noise level is low, no condensation in our room and the machine has collected lots of water on our behalf. Excellent product!
