Waitrose Canadian Very Strong White Bread Flour 1.5kg

The only reason I have given a 4 star is the price. Naturally costs less in-store however, the results of this flour for both yeast-based bread and sour-dough bread has been really good. Even compared to other very strong white Canadian flour (using the same recipes) the one that Waitrose sell comes out better, not sure who mills their flour but so far they are producing consistently the best flour I have tried at an amateur level.They give a great first rise, lovely bounce pre-baking and the oven bounce is superb.

I make bread with it by hand, the flour is dependable I know every loaf will rise well and be very tasty

As always, this Bread Flour does a good job. I use this flour in my Panasonic Bread Maker and the finished product comes out really tasty and light. Recommend it 100%
