Kampa - Airlock Junior Airbed, Blue, One Size

I went through 2 similar beds (identical design to this, just cheaper options from eBay) over he course of 1 summer. One lasted 1 week, the other lasted 2 weeks use.I went for this because I had had enough of messing around with orders and refunds.This was more expensive than the ones I had before, but the build quality is much higher and well worth the money. My son loves camping, but loves it even more with his own special blue bed!The edges are a bonus, as he doesn't end up on the cold floor (he's a wiggler) in the middle of the night.We have used this design for a few years now, and currently my 3yr old son and 6yr old daughter both still use theirs. Both camping and visiting family members on holidays

We bought this to take camping with our youngest, who's at the crawling stage, and tends to rove around his cot a bit in his sleep. It managed to contain him well enough - he ended up with his head jammed in one corner, but the sides were high enough that he didn't escape.The only reason this doesn't get five stars is the approach to inflating/deflating the base - it's on a separate vale to the sides, and the placement of the valve is such that if the sides have already been inflated you have a really tough time getting to the valve. Given that it's of a type which doesn't fit most pumps, you have to do this by mouth, and that can be complex. And, assuming you managed to get it inflated successfully, deflation is also an issue - you have to somehow squeeze the valve open while rolling/folding up the rest of the bed, and given its positioning this is a pain. Move the valve for the base to the underside of the bed and this would be a five star product.Overall, this bed does exactly what you'd want it to do at a reasonable price, and with good build quality.

This product was absolutely perfect for my toddler. Took my 2 year old camping and the bed seems comfortable and tje raised sides helped to keep him warm and cosy overnight. The bed didn't deflate overnight which was a huge positive compared to beds I've ordered in the past. Would highly recommend and will be perfect for overnight stays with family.

We were facing two weeks in Florida with our 23 month old and weren't sure what to do about sleeping. He was still in his cot bed (with bars on) at home and we didn't fancy paying hundreds of dollars to hire a cot in the States. I'm so glad we found this air bed. It does take a while to inflate using a foot pump but once up it stays up. I added a top up every 4-5 days. Our littleBoy loved the bed and clearly found it comfortable as he slept brilliantly all holiday. He was actually wanting to go into bed which is unusual! Highly recommended

The bed didn’t last long, the middle part deflated first and wouldn’t reinflate and then the sides gradually went down and couldn’t be inflated anymore either. Not worth the 20.98 it came to with delivery. Won’t be buying again. Now my toddler is bedless on holiday. Woo. He said it was very comfy while it lasted otherwise it would be no stars.

We bought this for my 3 year old when we were visiting family, and also for a trip to Center Parcs. He's in his own bed at home but does have a tendancy to fall out so we didn't want to risk a 'normal' single bed and find him in a heap on the floor! Using bed guards seemed a hassle too.This does look like a little padding pool or rowing boat, but our little man liked this. The outer part blows up and deflates very easily (we bought a Bellows Foot Pump to go with it) and the inner section, where the child lies isn't difficult either but you do have to hold the valve to allow the air to escape. Goes up in less than 3 minutes, down in less than 5. Very padded so the child can't feel the floor through it - so better than a ready bed by a long way! Not heavy either.When he's bigger, we'll be looking for the next size up, but at the moment I'm sure it will be great until he's much older. Already thinking of buying another for your youngest....

Very nice bed, easy to blow up, very comfortable but it’s also very thin, so popped after a couple of weeks. Nothing sharp popped it, just my 13 month old sleeping on it

This product has been very helpful for my boy and having sleepovers at his nans. My boy is a rocker at night so the inflatable sides help him from falling out. He seems very happy and comfortable in it

Wir bestellten diese Kinder Luftmatratze für unsere Tochter (zum Kaufzeitpunkt 1 Jahr). Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und die Verpackung war unversehrt. Genutzt haben wir die Matratze nun schon öfter zum Zelten oder auch für Besuche bei Oma und Opa. Unsere Kleine schläft immer sehr gut darin und fühlt sich sehr wohl. Bei unserem letzten Zeltausflug haben wir dann leider festgestellt, dass nach ca. 3 Tagen etwas Luft verloren gegangen war. Das ist bei solchen Matratze aber durchaus normal, also kein Problem für uns. Mit einer Elektropumpe ist das Reisebett super schnell aufgebaut.

Kann ich nur empfehlen meine Kinder haben schon einige Male darin geschlafen und muss auf Übernachtungen immer mit. Liebe Grüsse

J'ai acheté ce matelas pour ma petite fille de trois ans, car elle bouge beaucoup quand elle dort et je pensais que les boudins gonflables limiteraient ses gesticulations ; il n'en est rien puisque je l'ai trouvée un matin, à même le sol. Elle ne s'est aperçue de rien et cela ne l'a pas empêchée de dormir. C'est mieux que de tomber carrément du lit, qui est en hauteur. Néanmoins je recommanderai ce matelas pour un enfant qui ne bouge pas beaucoup, ou qu'on ne peut pas coucher sur un lit normal de peur qu'il tombe. Se gonfle facilement avec un gonfleur électrique et se dégonfle assez vite en maintenant ouvert le petit trou du matelas intérieur.
