Backpack is good quality and it is soft, I like the color and it is as described in the description photos. One problem is one of the backstraps came unstrapped and the other one is close to being unravelled. There is a loose strain under one of the backpack straps But nothing can be perfect right There are a lot of little compartments.You could put anything you need in it, I really like it and it came with a cute little charm. I would buy again. But it does seem a little smaller.But maybe it's just me because I haven't had a backpack in a long time

Fits all my daughter’s school work and it’s the first one that we have found that the straps don’t break or hurt her shoulders. We loved the cute little stuffy on it as well.

I got this backpack as a replacement for my other broken backpack off shein and im glad it’s sturdy, doesn’t flop over. There’s a lot of space and pockets on the inside which i like. It’s a good basic backpack for college, which i thought i needed a bigger one.UPDATE: this bag is not sturdy at all and the zippers break so easily, i had to get a new bag in less than a year of having this bag.
