Love this little stove, works great burns very clean, the lower outer part is somewhat cool to the touch and very stable legs, it can be used in different setting and it is very portable, it can be used in small patios or yards. Specially those that were you cannot have fire pits, it is very stylish, and we are enjoying it immensely, we have been making s’mores with the kiddos, even in hot weather you can use as it doesn’t make it feel too hot. We have left is outside for days and so far we have not seen any rust, and after many burns the outside is still looking great.

My wife bought the mini fire pit for me for Christmas last year. I thought it would be worthless, but I was dead wrong! It was the best gift I ever had! Thank to my sweet lady for this wonderful gift. I lives in the city where there is no fireplace allowed and a big heavy fine. So, this is perfect. It's sat on my picnic table, easy fired it up, and watch the flame soar high and dance away in the air. Wow! No smoke at all! And I even can feel the warmth came from it. Beautiful! We had a Fourth of July back yard party and my oldest son know I have one so he grabbed it and set it up. My whole family love it, they keep added more woods to it and still enjoyed it for hours! I never thought my whole family hooked to the mini fire pit that quick! Two months ago, I bought Mesa XL so I can give my first mesa to my grandson for his apartment with smallest back yard. He and his girlfriend loved it! She said it was the best fire pit she ever enjoyed it every time my grandson lit it up. He said it fit perfectly in his back yard and always bring it in once it was completely cooled. They don't want any of his next door neighbors take it and use it. Even their landlord loved it too! They are very protective about their mini fire pit. I thought it was odd but hey! We all love Mesa and Mesa XL! One time last spring, I took it with me to my brother country home and set it up on the low end table. Once I got it going, my brother freaked out! He said it like a blow torch in there. I laughed so hard. He never thought the flame would shoot high and dance away. He find it interesting. He asked me, did they make a big one too? I told him yes!

This product performs pretty much as I expected and I am pleased with it's performance. I heat my house with wood and have some experience with wood fire. Some say it burns to much wood to quickly. The design of this product with bottom forced air is what causes the hot flame that we enjoy watching. It also causes the wood to burn faster. This I kind of expected and have no issues with it since I harvest my own firewood and kindling. I can generate a nice fire for about 30 minutes with about 6 pieces of hardwood, using small branches for kindling. My only issue is I believe it to be a little pricey and I would not want to have to buy wood. For me it is a relaxing little fire that goes well with a Bourbon while sitting on the front porch.

Let me preface this by saying that we are fans of the Solo Stove products. We already own the Bonfire one and absolutely LOVE it. So we decided to purchase this one for our patio table....it's the cutest thing ever! It's portable, so you can either put it on a table, or any other surface. It's well-made- no assembly required. We got it in the red color, and it's just perfect for our porch living decor.

First time buyer, was hesitant to buy this small but it turned out good. I filled 1/3 with pellets and it lasted 20 mins- 23 mins which is not bad. Will try how long would it last with wood. But overall good stuff. The stand below, and air ventilation really helps stay cool on ground and fire burning good. Comes with bag, easy to carry while camping.Good for s’mores and chilly evenings.
