good value for money
I have had bariatric surgery and it is essential I get my protein and healthy fats into my system but in a little package, as I have a small stomach so I need protein and healthy fats that packs a lot of punch. This is the best product I have been able to find, by far, and also the most delicious. I don't even feel like I am dieting as it is so delicious I do not feel deprived. The olive oil is loaded with omega oils and the tuna is the super healthy, low mercury variety, much healthier and higher in healthy fish oils than albacore. The price is brilliant also. For taste, price, quality and health, you cannot beat this brand of tuna. BUY IT by the CASE!! Also, it is healthier to buy tuna in oil, no water, as our bodies need good oils like olive oils. It is only saturated oils we should avoid. With tuna in olive oil you can skip the mayo you so often add to tuna, as you won't need it.

Best tasting canned tuna I’ve ever had
I liked canned tuna in oil rather than in water and first encounter this brand of tuna in olive oil at Costco. I was hooked after the first can. I couldn’t believe how good and flavorful it was without doing anything additional to it. For example, I’ve always added salt and pepper to my tuna salad or it would be bland. Using Portofino’s, I enjoy it without any because it’s so flavorful. The tuna is moist (yeah, I know it’s in liquid, but if you’ve had typical tuna in water, you’d know what I mean) and tender. Of course it has some fish smell, but no more than a normal can of tuna. It is more expensive than the common volume brands at the supermarket, but in my opinion, it’s well worth the price. I highly recommend you trying a can.

Good Quality but a Little Dry
The tuna is good overall and the olive oil adds some flavor but I still found it a little drier than I expected. It works fine in salads or mixed with something else just not my favorite texture on its own. Still a decent option for a quick and healthy meal.

One of the Best Canned Tunas I’ve Tried
I really enjoyed the Portofino Solid Yellowfin Tuna packed in extra virgin olive oil. The tuna has a nice, firm texture and isn’t dry like some other canned tunas I’ve tried. The olive oil adds a smooth, rich flavor that makes it taste fresher and more natural. A little sprinkle of sea salt really brings out the taste. I’ve used it in salads and even just eaten it straight from the can when I was in a hurry. It feels like a high-quality product without any weird additives, which I appreciate. Definitely one of my go-to canned tunas now.

Overpriced
Good, but I won’t buy it until it goes below $30.00. I can do better at Trader Joe’s.

The only Tuna I eat now
Love this tuna. Much better taste than your other supermarket brands. It's not swimming in oil where I have to drain the can. It contains enough to compliment the fish. Frankly, when I first tried this tuna, I instinctively tried to drain the oil and I was unable to get much out because it so packed with fish and has the perfect amount of oil. It won't plop out like other brands with a flick of the wrist. You have to take your fork to it. I think it a good value for the quality and quantity of fish you get. Update 8/4/2020: I'm on my 3rd order of this brand of tuna. 2 yellowfin and 1 albacore and I still continue to enjoy it. For my tastes, it is the best tasting tuna at this price point. For all those saying that Genova is better and slamming this brand for "false advertising", please do your research. Genova is no more "Italian" than Portofino. Both of these brands are distributed by a packer in California. Genova's parent company is Chicken of the Sea as Protfino's is Starkist. These brands are obviously the "premium lines" if you will, of our commonly known supermarket brands. Enjoy whichever one strikes your fancy but please educate yourself before making claims !
