Great
This is a slight upgrade from the one I had decades ago.It works very well, but with today's prices is not as economical as it used to be, when parafin was 50p a gallon.But, if you want to clear a large patch of weeds, it is a great device.Half fill the tank, and it will burn for about half an hour, and you can clear a lot in that time.

It’s heavy. Don’t try to get going in windy conditions as flame when getting lit can go anywhere.
Killing weeds. It’s pretty good but certainly uses a lot of fuel. Also, it’s importnt that you keep the jet REALY clean.

I wouldn't buy again
Finish really not good. More thirsty than Concorde on re-heat. Went through a gallon of paraffin in no time.

Didn't arrive with required pump fitted so is unusable
Unfortunately the gun arrived without the pump included so the item cannot be used whatsoever.Hoping for this problem to be resolved, waiting to hear back!

Excellent build quality and a highly effective weed control substitute to chemical application.
The flame gun arrived in original packaging quickly from order and is an excellent piece of garden equipment. I felt I was using too much glyphosphate in and around my garden and wanted to use a different weed control practice. It is a very high quality item and should give many years of use.

Terrifying but effective
Terrifying but effective! Comes without instructions but you can find a very good tutorial on YouTube. Have a few buckets of water on stand by!

Good piece of kit
Good piece of kit, I use this on a few of my sites, care must be taken though as other things will catch alight also.
