Easy to use with either hand

These pruners are amazing and worth every penny.
When the pruners first arrived, one of the batteries would not charge. You might think this was a bad thing but it was not because I immediately sent an email to the company. In a few hours I had a return email apologizing for any inconvenience and asking for my address so they could send a replacement. It arrived three days later and works like a charm. I cannot say enough good things about this company’s customer service. I will not hesitate to do more business with them in the future!

Arthritis Friendly
This saves my hands from a lot of pain after pruning. We have many shrubs and apple trees that need constant pruning. These make the job so much easier. I've made over 3,000 cuts on one charge (there's an LED counter) and there's still more than 60% left. Plus there's another battery.

Great tool to that takes the pressure off your hand
I have over a hundred trees, shrubs bushes etc.I do a lot of running and trimming. This has been such a relief to use instead of a manual hand shears/prunners. It is powerful enough to cut through as described. A battery lasts a long time. I can make hundreds of cuts on a charge and always have a back up battery. Just keep the blades cleaned and oiled.

High torque, sharp pruners that are easy on your hands
I was already impressed with this product after using it in my landscaping business last year (bought a 2nd one), but the technical support I received was outstanding. Thanks again to Allen for helping me diagnose and repair my pruner! I will be purchasing the more powerful unit this spring.
