Reducing my cholesterol and saturated fat intake. This seems to make that easier. We have this in a pour/sprayer and it is used for all our air-frying. It's the go-to for non-stick cooking oil as well. It's been working well for our needs and seems to hit the numbers we are looking for. So far, this is the top "healthy" oil that tastes good.

This is the best oil you can got this one was reasonably priced and it’s a much healthier than any other brand of oil that you could buy. It helps to burn fat, not put that on your body.

We like cooking with safflower oil because itt has a high smoke point for frying and sauteing, isn't greasy and doesn't add any taste to the food we are cooking.

I bought this as a cleaning medium to do non-toxic artist oil painting. Very pleased.

Tastes ok. Well packed. Always arrives on time and no breakage or leakage. Perfect for salads, focaccia, drizzle on top pizza or use in noodles. Always clear yellow, never cloudy, no settling. Keeps well on shelf at least a month. If you use lots of oil, buy two bottles. Very thin light oil. Not sticky. Not sugary. Recommended.

I got this oil because the store bought stuff just wasn't working on my electric stove. The oven heats in spikes and that causes breakdowns in the oils of lesser quality. This is holding up beautifully, I'm using less oil, getting more flavor, and kudos from my doctor for getting my HDL up. Thanks!
