Carlyle Bone Support Supplement, 120 Capsules
Carlyle Nutritionals LLC was incorporated in New York in 2018, by a family that has been in the supplement industry with other businesses since 1971. Their website says that they use "GMP certified manufacturing and testing facilities". Although they are FDA-inspected, these facilities may be outside the US, since they don't mention being "made in USA" anywhere. The bottle label says "packaged and lab tested in USA".The bottle has an attractive blue and gold color combination. It has a perforated clear safety seal around the outside of the lid, and a peel-off seal inside the lid. The one I received in April 2023 has a February 2025 expiration date. This 'Bone Support' formula from Carlyle is somewhat similar to the 'Bone Restore' product from the well-regarded competing brand Life Extension (LE). They both suggest 4 capsules for a full serving, and have 120 capsules per bottle. In each serving:Carlyle has 30mcg of D3; LE has 25mcg.Carlyle has 1000mg of calcium; LE has 700mg.Carlyle has 500mg of magnesium; LE has 300mg.Carlyle has 20mg of zinc; LE has 2mg.Carlyle and LE both have 1mg of manganese.Carlyle has 2mg of boron; LE has 3mg.Carlyle doesn't have any silicon; LE has 5mg.Carlyle has 100mcg of K2 (as MK4 and MK7); LE has 200mcg of K2 (all as MK7).With half as much K2 and no silicon, Carlyle's formula might be a little less optimal/effective than Life Extension's, though it should still provide some results at a more affordable price.

"Overpriced Pee for Bones That Still Hurt—But Hey, They're Not Broken
"Overpriced Pee for My Bones: Still Hurts, But Hey, At Least They're Not Broken... Knock on Wood!"So, I bought these calcium vitamins, because apparently, my bones needed some "extra help" (spoiler: they still hurt). These little pills are basically overpriced pee in tablet form, but hey, they’re supposed to do something for me, right? The bones aren’t broken—yet—but I’m still waiting for that magical "strengthened bone" moment. Until then, I’ll keep popping these tiny, expensive miracle pills, hoping for a miracle , because I spent money for it Fingers crossed, I guess.

Seemingly GREAT product
I have had issues with repeated broken bones in my feet. Since starting on this nutritional additive, I have had NO foot issues. It is not a scientific conclusion; but it is my reality. I do endorse this product as something that can support your nutritional needs.
