I've just purchased my second bottle of these after taking them for almost 3 months. I have been eating healthily and watching my carb intake and consume between 30-40g good carbs per day, eating more protein with one treat per week. Unfortunately I can't exercise but in the last 2 years I've lost 35lb. I decided to get these tablets 2 months before my holiday to see if they could help and I do think they made a slight difference.They are the only thing that has really helped with bloating and trapped wind. I didn't really notice anything during the first month but during the 2nd month of taking them I lost just over 4lb whereas I had been steadily losing around 2lb month for the last 6 moths or so. I'm hoping to lose another stone or so and then just maintain that. I can't say for sure if these help block carbs but my personal opinion is I noticed some difference. There are no magic pills and if you're eating huge amounts of bad carbs these aren't going to suddenly block them but I'd say give them a try if you suffer with pain and discomfort associated with bloating and felling sluggish.

These are nice smooth easy to swallow capsules, if a bit big for some people, in a sensible easy to open and close container. WYSIWYG.

Been taking for 4 weeks and continually had a really bad stomach (won't go into that), and this is the only thing that's changed in my diet. Very bloated and sometimes having stomach pains. Also gaining weight where as other white kidney bean supplements I've lost weight. Bought because it was cheaper than the other one but I'm going back to the other one.

Das Produkt ist soweit ok, über die Wirksamkeit kann ich aber noch nichts sagen. Ich habe aber vor Jahren ein gleicjes Produkt einer anderen Marke probiert und das wirkte tatsächlich. Also sxhauen wir mal. Lieferung war wieder verspätet. Amazon schafft es nicht mehr, ein garantiertes Lieferdatum einzuhalten. Man sollte daher keine leeren Versprechungen machen und das garantierte Lieferdatum nicht mehr anpreisen.
