Initially I had problems with the battery recharging after using it until it was depleted. The seller graciously offered to send another one even though it was past the time for a refund or exchange. Nice customer service!

I received the product to replace the battery of a Roomba 690. The product came perfectly packaged and with no damage. Although it's not an original Roomba battery, it has the same dimensions as the original, and so far it works perfectly and the charge lasts like the original.

The battery is garbage. It charged one time. I received it 5 weeks ago. Vacuumed with it twice. Now it will not charge. And of course, I’m being told they will not accept a return. Do not buy!

Fit's my roomba, my original six year old battery died, and the iRobot OEM replacements were expensive so I gave this one a shot. It fits, and it works fine, but the original would do the entire first floor of my home when it was new without needing to stop and recharge and then go for that last 15 minutes to finish. If I was not working from home I wouldn't mind so much, but since I am I find it inconvenient to have to wait for it to go home and charge, and then start up again and finish A) because it interferes with my conference calls and B) because I have since acquired a puppy and to run roomba I have to pick up and store all her toys, hey puppy pads and put her in her play pen while it runs. If it has to stop and charge and then finish up it just adds to the time she has to be contained upstairs while it's running downstairs. Next time I will spring for the OEM version.

This battery worked perfectly. It revived what I thought was a vacuum I needed to discard.

I recently replaced the battery in my iRobot with this one, and the swap was seamless—definitely a plus! However, I expected a bit more run time from the new battery. While it works well and has revived my robot, I hoped for longer usage between charges. Overall, it’s a solid replacement that gets the job done, but I wish the battery life was a bit better.

It worked great for a few months. Then it died completely. The Roomba does not recognize that it has a battery in it. We had to switch back to the original that doesn't last very long but at least I can use the Roomba. I did not notice above where it says that this is a frequently returned item.
