These honestly work so well. I take two a half hour before bed and I easily fall to sleep. I don’t get a melatonin hangover with these. I also thing they taste great. Only downside bottle is small and they’re a bit pricey but worth it to me.

I find this is the only sleep product that doesn't cause leg jerks. I'm not sure why the other sleep aides do but it happens. I like these because they dissolve on my tongue and while they don't knock me out they relax enough to finally fall asleep.

When I'm having difficulty with sleeping due to work stresses, this product helps to stop the ruminating of the day which helps to improve the quality of my sleep. The quick dissolving tablets taste and smell great. Within an hour of taking the tablet, I'm ready for bed. I wake up refreshed without any drowsiness like I have experienced with other products.
