This supplement helps keep me calm and cool in the moments where I need to be. At times I can get overwhelmed when I have a big presentation at work in front of several people. I do not suffer from anxiety but just like anyone else can get nervous If something new or big is coming up. This supplement keeps me relaxed and focused so I can show up and perform as my true and best self. It's also good if you get jitters from Coffee and I noticed it helps prevent those. I would highly recommend this for anyone who does not want nerves to get in the way of them performing their best. I've tried several supplements similar to this and this is my favorite because they include Tumeric (Curcumin) which is a natural anti-inflammatory agent and an often overlook supplementation staple when it comes to relaxation. This brand is good as well, I've also tried their supplement Focus Prime and experienced great effects from that as well. I highly recommend this.

This was purchased for my mom. Her mind tends to race and she has trouble relaxing. Calm Prime helps her relax her thoughts and get some much needed clarity of mind. If you find yourself needing peace this is the way to go.

I was optimistic about this in the very beginning. Because I always read a lot of reviews. And I haven't yet found a calming anxiety relaxing supplement to help me. I've had to resort to actually going to my doctor to find something to help. A lot of these supplements hardly help anybody from reading the reviews.

I have anxiety and ocd and I tend to have random outburst of irritability and it's become too much to control on my own so I've decided to try these babies and to my surprise these capsules have changed my mood for the absolute better. If you're looking for something to keep you grounded, focused, calm and out of the worry zone these are what you need! Worth the money and definitely a must buy.

These definitely work well for my anxiety. I'm trying to switch to 100% holistic/ non-pharms. Only thing is since I started taking them, I sometimes I get extra vivid dreams. Not bad but extra vivid. But anxiety wise, it helps immensely

I suffer from a great deal of anxiety which has gotten progressively worse over the years. I decided to try this product after reading the great reviews, because as anyone who suffers from anxiety knows you are always hoping that something will help. To be perfectly honest, I've used this product several times and on none of those occasions did I feel anything at all. So while I did not have any negative experience, I also did not feel any calmer. It just did not change the way I felt in anyway whatsoever.
