Q: Is this the WiFi or 3G model?

As far as I understand it they've 86'd the 3G feature. WiFi only for the new slim model.

Q: Will this have the MicroUSB charging port rather than the proprietary port Sony was using for the OLED versions?

Yes actually they have switched for the slim to the standard micro usb charge port! WooHoo!

Q: Could you give a complete list of items in the box please? Ex: Chargers, cables, adapters etc...
