So far so good, does make a whirring noise on spin but doesn't bother me as in a utility space. May be too noisy in a kitchen.Works great, great capacity and lovely clean clothes. Love the fast wash options. There is an option for every eventuality so overall very happy.

Excellent machine, easy to use, displays time, temperature, spin which all can be changed to suit your requirements. Quite operation. Highly recommend.

Pleased with this machine. The spin is relatively quite and the drum a good size.Looks good in black and chrome.It has the feature where you can program it through your phone and then just touch it on the machine, we used this at first but it now seems more like a novelty. It’s easy just to use the dial.Only thing to note is where ours is under the sink if you lean on it while washing up you can program it with your body by accident. You know though because it beeps.

Fed up of my previous machine getting repaired so thought it was time to buy new. I am so happy I went for this one. Good price, good quality. Ease of use and energy efficient.

Machine developed a leak within the first month.Amazon have bought the warranty out on these items, so wasted plenty of time trying to get the manufacturer to do this.Then, it took Amazon a few weeks and pestering to get a service call out - the whole amazon service is mainly geared to refund/replace, so support people do not really know what to do.Eventually a 3rd party repair company in Bedfordshire called and arranged a visit.First visit: Leak is coming from the front window part of the machine, part orderedSecond visit: 2 weeks later. Replaced rubber door seal. Still leaked. Ordered whole door3rd visit (3 weeks later): Replaced door, still leaked. Ordered replacement door clamp4 weeks later - called up - engineer had closed call fixed. Demanded they come around.2 days later - 4th visit - redid door clamp, supposedly reopened the ticket and ordered the partIt's now another month later and no response.This was initially logged 12th January. It is now the END OF AUGUST and still not fixed.The company is called "Service & Sales appliance repairs" in Bedford. I recommend that Amazon drop this repair company as they are terrible and their engineer is incompetent. Best part is that after he closed the problem, his boss told me that they have a problem with him and he was furloughed due to performance, and then they sent him around again anyway.

So pleased with this washing machine ! Best one I’ve had . Great programmes on it and easy to use .

I don't know if I got a dodgy batch but this one has been a problem from the start. It would finish a wash but not shut off then randomly go into some sort of wash and drain cycle after about 5-20 mins ending in an error code. This resulted in all the laundry which had been spun dry to be made wet again. Still under warranty so engineers have been called, one did a software reset (no avail) the other said needs a new main board, of which I am still waiting. Also the NFC is very temperamental. So in all, not so good.

Really good, washes stains out. Love that there is a 14 mins wash which saves electricity.Perfect
