Shark Cordless Rechargeable Sweeper [V3700UK] Lightweight, up to 60 Minutes Run Time

I am very pleased with my Shark sweeper, it's light to carry easy to use and picks up bits great. It was easy to put together and charge. I will still need my hoover to do a good clean and get into nooks and corners, but this little Shark sweeper is just great for a quick whip round every day. I would recommend this product to anyone who has back problems as there is no bending with it, it even goes into a flat position to go under coffee tables which is great and there is really no effort needed to push this sweeper around.

I brought this sweeper to try and tackle the relentless amounts of dog hair that we are seeing since having vinyl wood effect floor installed. I think because the floor has a smoother surface from our old floor it makes the hair and dirt more visible. The sweeper arrived and I was slightly disappointed as you have to charge it for t hours before first use. After a bit of patience was employed I was finally able to use it. It is extremely easy to use and manoeuvre. I did one room and it picked up all the pet hair, dust and other floor debris. It doesn't work so well on very high pile rugs, but for flooring and carpets it is extremely effective. I was really surprised at how much pet hair it picked up and would suggest it is probably even better than my vacuum cleaner on the hard floor.

Our last carpet sweeper (an own brand) lasted about 10 years and it was going to be a hard act to follow. After doing some research, this seemed to be the best value for money item with good reviews. Our dog has very fine hair light hair and we have a darker carpet which means it shows up a lot. We needed this to use in between the 'main hoovering' and it has done a great job. It picks up the hairs really easily and any other bits as well. Its a lot lighter than are other one and some of the others on the market. Since buying it about 3 weeks ago its been used about 4-5 times a week for about 10 minutes each time and we've not had to re-charge it yet. Overall, great item and I would consider buying other items of Shark based on this performance.

I bought this as an alternative to a dustpan and brush. I’m a wheelchair user and wanted something lightweight, manoeuvrable and convenient since I find using a regular sweeping brush awkward. Anyway, this thing was only needed for cat litter, crumbs and whatever else you might find on a hardwood floor. It hasn’t been stressed or overused, but it’s now dead and refusing to work. I’m going to test out Sharks customer service and hopefully they can either replace or refund but overall I’m pretty disappointed.As a fully functioning sweeper it is lightweight and easy to push around, especially if you have reduced or no hand function. But even at its best it does tend to spit dust or crumbs out the back. I also found the lack of edge to edge cleaning annoying and would have to get the regular sweeping brush out to get cat litter away from the wall before the Shark could suck it up. Annoying.There are other irritating problems with this thing but in short, I wouldn’t recommend it and wouldn’t purchase again.

OK little sweeper but not as sturdy or effective as my previous G Tech - I thought I would have a change as I have owned 3 previously. On the plus side it is a lot cheaper and nice and light in weight. However, I didn't realise it had no small brushes on the sides. Therefore on hard floor with grouting it does not pick up 'bits' from the grout. As I bought this to clean up litter after my cats, it is a problem for me. The litter accumulates in the grout and I either have to try manouvering it or use an additional brush to remove it - much harder work. Also not brilliant on carpet - fine for smooth flat floors - although still struggles a bit with small particles. Personally I will not buy one again, but return to my G Tech next time. You pay for what you get.

Bought this sweeper because my floors are a mixture of tiles (bathroom and kitchen), wooden laminate (living room and study) and carpet (bedrooms). So it was a combination of hoover and good old dustpan and brush. Since using this floor sweeper however, it sweeps up everything without having to chop and change for the different surfaces. It is also extremely lightweight and portable. The amount of stuff that it gathers in the dust compartment is unbelievable, and I put that down to its effectiveness and not the dirt of my house! I use it twice a week and make sure its fully charged after each use. Really pleased with it, easy to use, just pick it up and sweep!

Wish I had gine with my gut instinct and bought a manual carpet sweeper. I'd heard sShark was a good brand well, it maybe for hoovers, but definitely wouldn't recommend this sweeperWaste of money.I changed it up, it never worked again after the 7th charge

I brought it because it was light and easy to Use for me But the First one Had a Problem so I had to return it and got a replacement then a few weeks Later the same thing Happend so I as for my Money Back that was 11th Aug the same day printed out returns Label and took down to Post office Next Thing Had Got my money paid back into my account but the same day a few hours Later I had any email saying They Had taken the Money back out of my Account as I had Not sent my 1st Shark Cordless carpet Sweeper which I should Have done so By the 9th Aug Anyhow I was very annoyed that They had said this as I have got all my paper work to say had been returned back by DHL who came to my door and Picked it up. so I rung up on the 16th Aug and Had a Moan and said In all the years I have been with amazon I have Never ever had any Problems at all But at the end of it all it was an over site of Amazon and Not Be But Now I have to wait 7/10days for my Money to Be Paid Back to Be But they was quick on the mark to Take My Money away from me when they said I had Not returned their Goods. so How come they can take it out so quick But Can put it Back into my account so quick I told the The Man I was talking to if it was Not Back in my Account ASAP what out as I will be Making another call Only time will tell Now, and all because some one never checked the paper work
