Nikwax Tech Wash & TX.Direct Twin Pack – Wash-In Cleaner and Waterproofer

Over the years, I have used Nikwax Tech Wash on different waterproof coats, and I have never been disappointed with the results. It is really easy to use in the washing machine or by hand. Buy it, you won't be sorry, it keeps your waterproof coats in tip top condition. Would highly recommend.

Got caught in that sudden downpour recently, and put on old faithful that leaked on the arms, so used this two part (wash then prevent) and did the trick. Water beads off nicely doesn’t affect the breathability of my jacket good value and easy to use.

We really rated this quite highly. Good quality stuff that did an excellent job. A versatile cleaner and waterproofing solution that comes at a fair price and smells nice too.

This stuff works brilliantly if you follow the instructions! I didn't know what the outcome would be but I decided to try this stuff to clean and reproof and old favourite jacket of mine. And I have to say it worked very well. I added a little extra of the reproofing solution and dried my jacket at room temperature. The fact this product was advertised as not requiring heat treatment was what attracted me to it and it worked for me on that basis I simply hung it on the washing line for a day and it was great. I tested it with the hose on setting that would replicate moderate-heavy rain fall and the water ran off it. I intend to purchase this again and I highly recommend it.

Does exactly what it says on the bottle so long as the instructions are followed.

This was my first time using Nikwax on my winter jackets after two years, and I was honestly surprised by how well it worked. The jackets came out looking fresh and almost brand new. I tried them out in proper Scottish weather and the water resistance is spot on again. As someone new to the product, I found it incredibly easy to use and it really lets you enjoy your jacket again.

Coats all washed & ready for next winter, products are very easy to use .

Do not use on North Face or Musto jacket as the lining will disintegrate no matter if you respect the instructions. 2 jackets in the bin. Never again.

Works just as intended…. We used it to clean our ski pants and jackets to keep it clean and water repellent… tried the clothes in our second trip and it was better than the original manufacturer coating Highly recommend

Sono contento dell'acquisto. Ho provato su stivali in tessuto e scarpe da waders. 1* lavaggio a 30° con detersivo e candeggina gentile ( no ammorbidente ) 2* lavaggio a 30° con due tappi di prodotto " tappo verde " 3* lavaggio 30° con due tappi di prodotto " tappo viola " Il tutto messo ad asciugare all'aria. Una volta asciutto ho testato sotto al rubinetto e l'acqua scorre come da nuovi. Un po' macchinosa la parte del lavaggio con ben tre cicli, la confezione garantisce per tre dosaggi, quindi un po' costosino ma il risultato fa svanire il costo e il tempo impiegato perché è perfetto.

Ich nutze das Nikwax Tech Wash und TX.Direct Set für meine Outdoor-Sachen und bin richtig zufrieden. Die Reinigung funktioniert super und die Kleidung wirkt danach wieder deutlich frischer. Die Imprägnierung lässt sich einfach anwenden und Wasser perlt danach wieder richtig gut ab – genau so, wie es sein soll. Auch die Anwendung insgesamt ist unkompliziert und die Produkte sind gut verträglich für die Materialien. Für mich ein absolutes Must-have für Funktionskleidung!
