Well-made. I got it as an 'exercise machine'. A big mistake, it is too heavy and after a few uses stop being fun. Get a light electric instead.

There is definitely a theme running with this mower.It cuts very well and is easy to push (through medium to short DRY grass)HOWEVER, it is stopped dead in its tracks with the smallest of twigs or the like, it is impossible to cut up to the edge of a lawn (unless it is edged by a path), you can not cut close to walls etc. due to the exposed wheels & the grass box is RUBBISH, do not waste your money buying this and to cap all this off the plastic brackets that the 'box' rests on are another poor design have just snapped off my mower.I expect better products than this to come out of Germany!

Easy to use, cuts grass well and I enjoy not having a trailing wire and saving noise polution and electricity. Difficult to clean and doesn't do edges - though I didn't expect it to anyway!

I love using my Brill. It is very quiet, light and therapeutic. It gives me a work out too, so no need for gym costs! No petrol either, so I reckon my Brill will soon have paid for itself. It is easy to clean, and low maintenance too. No noise, and environmentally friendly. A winner all round in my book.

It's light and easy to use. It's not really suitable for lumpy lawns-we have a dog that digs and it gets stuck in the holes so we have to make sure that the holes are filled in and debris is removed before I can use it.

Arrived in good time and was simple to assemble. It cuts really well and is easy to use. Would say that it's easier to use on flat lawns but it does our undulating back lawn without too much trouble. Would recommend.

Bisher habe ich mit Benzin- und Elektromähern gemäht. Für ein paar Meter Rasen vor und hinter dem Haus war mir das jedoch zu aufwendig.Mit dem Brill kann ich nun "schnell einmal" über die Rasenflächen fahren, was vorher immer mit größerem Aufwand verbunden war (Stromkabel, Benzin, etc.). Der Brill ist schnell aus dem Schuppen geholt und gleich einsatzbereit.Das Schnittmuster ist perfekt. Die Gräser werden geschnitten und nicht mehr abgerupft.Ich mähe den Rasen nun regelmäßiger, da es in Summe schneller geht. Den Schnitt lasse ich liegen.Auch bei höherem Gras funktioniert der Brill noch gut, auch wenn mehr Kraft benötigt wird. Jedoch verwende ich dann einen Fangsack, da der Schnitt zu groß ist und nicht verrottet.Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass auch am Feiertag das Mähen möglich ist.Und zuletzt der Preis. Verglichen mit Elektro- und Benzinmähern ist der Brill für kleinere Rasenflächen perfekt. Die 33er Variante reicht mir vollkommen aus. Die breitere Variante ist lediglich breitet. Eventuell teste ich dies beim nächsten Modell, wobei ich mir davon nicht viel verspreche, da lediglich die Schnittbreite ein wenig breiter ist und ich mir eventuell eine Bahn beim Mähen spare.

Habe das Teil gebraucht bei Amazon gekauft und mußte mich ersteinmal durch den Zusammenbau fuchsen, leider keine Anleitung. Aber war dann doch sehr einfach. Die Schnitthöhe variert zwischen ca. 1 und 5cm. Er ist recht leicht und läßt sich auch mal ein paar Stufen tragen, also ideal für mich. Und es stimmt die feinen Halme werden meißt nur umgelegt, doch mit etwas Übung und Richtungsänderungen sieht das Schnittbild recht ordentlich aus und da ich 2 bis 3 mal die Woche mähe bleibt das Gras schön kurz. Ich finde für den kleinen Garten ideal und Sonntags mähen geht auch, der Geräuschpegel hält sich in Grenzen. Eine echte Alternative zu Kabel und Co.
