Solid Keychain with a Tiny Paint Issue
I've been using the Autuveen Titanium Keychain for a bit, and it's honestly pretty cool. It's made from titanium, so it's super tough but way lighter than the usual stainless steel ones. The pull-apart feature is a game changer – just press a buckle and your keys are off in a flash. It’s also easy to clip onto belts or bags. The whole matte look is sleek, and I'd totally recommend it as a gift. My only small gripe? The black paint on the key rings look a bit rough and I’m worried it’ll get worse. It's not a big deal, but something to be aware of.All in all, a solid buy with loads of handy features, just watch out for the paint job on the rings.

Looks great and easy to use
Very lightweight, looks really cool in the matte black and detaches easily with a single press.

Small but sturdy
This keychain is lightweight and sturdy. There are two halves to it. The halves are held securely together with a quick-release mechanism. To operate it, you have to pull back one side of the center ring, then pull on the other key ring to detach. It works easily enough, but it is small. Even with my small hands, it was hard to get a good grip on it after I got it wet in the rain. The central ring doesn't have any texture; it's just smooth. So, if it's wet, there is not much to grip. Other than that, it seems like a well-made key ring. I have so many keys, this will help me leave some at home when I don't need to carry them all. I like the light weight of this. The description says it's made of titanium. It is coated in black paint, so I can't tell for sure. Each key ring holds about 6 to 8 house or padlock keys. You can get more on there, but then it's not as easy to carry.

Solid Lightweight Detachable Key Ring
Pros:TitaniumLightweightCompactQuick ReleaseCons:Hard To SeparateWhat I received in the package:1 x AUTUVEEN TITANIUM QUICK RELEASE KEYCHAINThis AUTUVEEN TITANIUM QUICK RELEASE KEYCHAIN product is a very small detachable key ring. It has a male and a female side. One side is a bit longer to allow the buckle to travel. You pull the center buckle back and they come apart. They also lock together to ensure that you don’t lose one side. It is a bit stiff or difficult to separate. The center does not have any texture so that makes it more difficult to grab and pull. I would think that those that have arthritis in the hand or fingers might not choose this particular type of quick disconnect.I appreciate you taking the time to read this. All in all, this little quick disconnect key ring is compact and light. The mechanical disconnect worked without issue for me. I cycled it roughly 100 times and it never failed to disconnect or reconnect and lock. But it does take some effort because it is so small and no texture to assist with grip. Hope this information was helpful. [5 Stars]

Not your usual quick release
Of course the Autuveen quick-release fastener stands out because it is made from titanium. It stands out even more because the split rings that come with the fastener are made from the same material! That isn't that common, and I think it makes for a really handsome package. The fit and finish on the Autuveen are excellent. Titanium is a difficult metal to work with. So, you can only get the fit and finish of the Autuveen fastener by applying serious effort and great quality control. Also the color of the Autuveen fastener makes it stand out. Bare titanium has a dull gray color. The Autuveen fastener is almost black. It appears that the color isn't applied but is part of the metal itself. I don't know what alloy or treatment would result in a color like this, but it is quite attractive.

A more secure option than magnet QD keychains.
This keychain is simple and to the point. It does its job well and does not take up much room. I ordered it to hold my motorcycle keys on the outside of my full-body suit when I'm not riding or walking around. This keychain holds together securely with minimal wobble or play. The two parts can rotate in the connection. The two parts are separated by lifting the barrel in the center. The barrel moves smoothly and requires a well tuned amount of force. The two parts don't feel like they're coming apart on their own. You're definitely getting more security with a locking-style keychain like this than the magnetic ones. The keychain is also very light. I have a few magnetic quick disconnect keychains and this one, including the keyrings, is definitely lighter. I will be honest, though, the finish and low weight give the impression that it's plastic, not titanium, but I don't want to scratch the finish to find out.The included rings are easy to use. The split-ring design doesn't require a lot of force to open and attach it to your keys.I do wish the two parts could be snapped together by pressure alone. I was only able to connect the two parts again by lifting the barrel the same way you do to release or disconnect the two parts. This makes it a two-hand operation to reattach instead of quickly snapping them together again like a magnet-based keychain. It's a process I'll have to get used to compared to the magnetic keychains. At the time of writing this review, the price of this keychain was $18.04 including a 5% coupon. For a single keychain, I think this is a hefty price. I suppose you're paying for the expense of the titanium. As far as quick disconnect keychains go, there are definitely cheaper options, and the magnetic style is for now still my preference.
